Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Was my first time bringing my cats here from barton heights and I will definitely be coming back! I missed being in the room with my pets during the visit but due to covid I understand and thought the doctors and staff did a great job with the phone calls!!

I have three dogs and I bring them all here. If it wasn t for the dedication of the staff I would have never known about a lung tumor on my lab. Dr Shelly noticed a cough and was able to get a chest x-ray. A surgery and 4 of 6 chemo treatments behind him he is doing well. He s active alert and energetic. I don t know where he d be right now if this wasn t caught. I m eternally grateful for everyone at white Haven vet, especially Dr Shelly. Thank you for all the great work you do. I and so many appreciate it.

5 stars all the way. You can tell everyone absolutely loves your pet and makes you comfortable from the phone call making the appointment thru the final checkout process.

I cannot wait until we can get to come together inside the facility. Until that day comes I still cannot say enough great things about the entire staff there and especially Dr Shelley.

The service was top notch and friendly. Only thing I would do which is temporary with Covid-19 is adding a ring bell. There is no service and it is difficult to call or be seen when on the parking lot.

I appreciate the ability to get an appointment quickly, when needed. Every staff member that I have had contact with is friendly and able to answer my questions and concerns. The receptionists, techs and doctors make us feel that our situation matters and we are always contacted promptly. Dr. S has been awesome throughout my issues with my dog (and my cat) . I have had occasion to see other doctors here as well when in an urgent appointment and they are up to date on the illness/concern and treatment. Overall, so happy with how we and our pets are treated. Thanks
