During this rough time your hospital was very helpful, and out going on service. I am so happy I brought my pets here.

I was not able to click in my correct values, as it kept going to EXCELLENT. Also, I wanted to be with my pet at her exam. This COVID-19 deal started in March--it is now November--no policy change within your office--stay in the car with your pet! I wanted a one on one visit with my pet and your vet. Your waiting area is certainly large enough to accommodate and social distance owners/pets. Also, no senior discount under the new ownership--sad! Maybe it is time to find a different vet.

I wasn t sure if I was going to like the necessary coronavirus changes. But the doctors & other staff members gave me a detailed summary of the visit by phone. They also took the time to answer all of my questions and listen to my concerns. The visit process may have changed but the care & quality of services remains a 10.

I was very impressed with your COVID safety precautions. You are doing a better job than some healthcare practices that I have had appointments with. And I will give lots of praise for Chrissy at the desk and Alex as a tech. They both do a wonderful job!

Kodi received an injection for itching and hot spot control. The injection had no side effects. The itching has decreased nearly 100%.

This facility is always very clean. With COVID 19, we were not in building. Everyone is very knowledgeable and kind. This procedure price too high. I believe, people would be able to do this more as it is needed, if the charge would be a bit less.

I am sorry to say but this was not at all an easy or pleasant experience. First I could not get an appointment for my dog to be seen for an eye infection and without a visit, I was told that I could take my dog to a specialist in Allentown. (for an eye infection) Then, I finally got a stand-by appointment and my poor dog had to stay kenneled all day just to be seen. I waited 35 minutes outside when I had a 9AM pick-up time and she was not seen until late afternoon and had to pick her up, running again at 3PM. The vet did call to discuss my dog personally, which I appreciated. I don t understand why there aren t more vets available for appointments. I am not looking forward to doing this whole process again today to take her back for a follow-up visit. The under staffing (and high costs) at the clinic will definitely force people to take their pets elsewhere.
