I feel very comfortable with the staff at white haven ... where I believe Maisey receives the best care from Dr Shelley. She is kind , caring and always listens to my concerns to meet the needs of Maisey!

White Haven Vets always take excellent care of my dog, I wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else.

Dr. Sobieray was great. She explained what she found and spelled out the options. All the staff were helpful and professional.

I love this place. It is more expensive than a lot of others in the area, but so worth it. I leave there knowing everything. I am never confused and they genuinely care for my pets. Even the Chihuahua who, I am pretty sure, works for Satan. They are great with him!

We answered all the questions regarding what we were having done and then we had all this paper work to fill out again! Ridiculous! We loved that the doctor spoke to us regarding what was done before they woke up our pet.

Staff is top notch. Felt well taken care of. The WHV team took great care of our dog and made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. A next-day check in call was made which surprised us! We use a vet clinic near our primary home and the service doesn’t compare. My husband even said he would drive the two hours to come to WHV if we need services in the future!

Don t know if facility was clean not allowed in due to covid. Prices keep going up am not happy about that. I pay more for my dog to see a dr.Than I do for myself.

After one visit, I’m making the switch to be a full time customer. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the very first phone call. The Dr was very knowledgeable and gave me the time to ask questions. Overall, 5 stars! Thank you!

We were very happy with our appointment. We felt very confident that Bella was in good hands since we were unable to go in with her due to Covid.

We did not see the facilities due to the current restrictions.

I attempted to click on the star of my choice, but I was unable to do so except the N/A section. I feel the experience was excellent even with the restrictions due to Covid. Nothing like being in the room while my dog is being examined. The doctor and staff were all very knowledgeable, caring and very pleasant also! Shows you all enjoy your chosen vocation.

Was not in the office. Overall no complaints or issues. No waiting for office staff to answer the phone. Lady who greeted me and “Murphy” at the door was very courteous and made Murphy feel at ease as was the lady who brought him out.

As always, the staff & Dr. Shelley were very helpful & accommodating. I was worried how Sylvester would be without me there, but the vet tech (sorry I forgot her name) made a point of telling me that she kept him calm while he hid in her arms lol. Made me feel better!

Nothing to suggest, just keep doing what you have. Staff was very friendly, informative and fast.
