All things considered, it was a great appointment. The staff were welcoming and very communicable. I loved speaking directly to Dr. Sobieray at the time of our appointment, as well as her following up with us. She goes the extra mile for her furry patients and their families.

I liked the curbside visit and would like this to continue as an option. My appointment including the wait time to be seen was MUCH faster and waiting in the car was less stressful for my dog.

Since I have no feel service in the parking lot it’s a little upsetting not being able to speak to doctor while my pet is being seen. I hope you allow one person to be able to come inside for appointments soon.

Even tho I couldnt ve inside with my pet they took very good care of him and were very pleasant!!!! They explained everything to me in great detail!!!

Appointments should be spread out further, so there’s no wait times. Pets get too nervous waiting and this adds to the stress they already feel.

Sharon is the best vet on planet earth....the whole staff is extremely concioncious. .......with Sharon, when she looks at your pet, you can literally see her thinking, and trying to cover all the possibilities for diagnosis......

May want to add a different way to get ahold of you for waiting patients if the pandemic issue keeps going. Tmobile doesn t have great service.

Bonnie is a great groomer. She really takes good care of Cooper when he needs a bath and haircut. Glad she is working there. Would highly recommend her.
