I am very pleased with how the facility handled seeing Troy during the pandemic for his anal expression. I m happy to know that a technician can do it easily. I appreciate your method of not exposing humans to others by waiting in the car.

Well organized and very efficient with pets and owners during this time of the pandemic. Staff was courteous and understanding of our issues with our pet. He had a leg injury first visit and a diarrhea issue the second. Both handled very professionally.

Under the present circumstances, my recent appointments have been prompt & thorough and the staff is always courteous & helpful. I appreciate the doctors & staff working to help our furbabies!

During this time of shelter in place, I don’t think it would have been unreasonable for them to renew my dogs prescription for a month or two. I was very upset to have to come out.

As always, the services were excellent. I am impressed with your adaptations for the virus. I could actually see Happy the entire time from my car and I could see how loving and gentle everyone was with her. Even though I was not there I knew she was in good hands.

By far the best vet in the Pocono region! Have been looking since moving up from Philly. They are proffesional, compassionate and prompt. Always reply, and answer your questions. Never make you feel like your bothering them. My dog loves to go there!

As a new patient during Covid19 protocol, I was so grateful to have my dog be seen. All measures being taken by the office are for the protection of staff and patients. Very well handled. They were wonderful with my dog. Most appreciative for their care.

I really like that the doctor calls you the next day or the day after to go over test results and to see how things are going. It s nice because if you have questions after you get home, you can discuss them with her when she calls.
