Love the staff at the practice- especially Dr Sobieray! I know my Haley is the best possible hands for vet care.

We love Dr. Sobieray. She is wonderful.

I wish I could have been asked to bring a urine sample in with me but I found out when I got there. They could not get one from my dog so I needed to bring one in at another time. Also, on two separate occasions I was told that the vaccination company would pay for my dog s Lyme test, but when I got there the staff was unaware and I was told they needed to check with the company. With that said, all personal were kind and professional.

We enjoy the staff very much. The costs to keep your pet safe are outrageous ! I have had many dogs over the years and have always kept them in excellent health.

Couldn t be happier with the service and compassion of Dr Dawn and the wonderful staff. I am forever indebted to Dr Fiedorczyk for saving my little Zena last year.

I am grateful to all staff that has taken care of Kamots. Dr. Dawn has always treated my dog and I with respect. She has gone out of her way to make sure that Kamots has the treatment he needs. The entire staff have also gone above and beyond with the time and effort into raising funds for my service dog. I would not consider going anywhere else to get care for Kamots. You all have something to be very proud of and that is you all take the welfare of Kamots health like he was one of your own animals. Thank you all for the great work you do daily.

Everyone involved at White Haven are the best! Bugsy is a handful, just a big playful dog and all seem to know how to handle him. I recommend White Haven to anyone with a pet.

The only part of the visit I am not comfortable with, why do you take my dog out of my sight to give a vaccine, or to take blood? Why isn t this done right in the examining room? I would rather she stay with me

You should let new customers know about the 3% charge on using debit or credit cards before they come in. That was the only negative about my first visit.

Evening hours would be nice as well as better prices other than that the staff was great

Being new to the area we got lost following website directions on our first visit. Recommend this is updated to include a new map. Otherwise love the staff and service for our senior lady.

Staff has been very helpful to us even calling the next couple days to check and see how Penny has been doing.

I have been to another veterinary hospital , which I wouldn t even give one star. Your facility is marvelous! Staff wonderful and super friendly , Dr Michelle is a wonderful sweet person who took her time with us and made me feel like she really cared about our peaches, would recommend to everyone. Facility clean and overall 5 stars to everyone there .

Not happy with surcharges on credit cards!!!! Think it s BS. Girl at desk seamed very annoyed when I had told her that I m pretty sure credit card companies frown against this practice, all the other girls were wonderful. Very possible this credit card deal is a game changer on future visits. Leon Genetti

I spend a few hundred dollars every visit. I have never minded this before until my recent visit where I had to pay a fee to use my credit card. I have been a customer of the vet hospital for years and never considered changing vets until my recent appointment. I don t think that is fair for customers to spend hundreds of dollars and then have to pay an additional fee to use a credit card. This fee should be paid by the establishment and not the customers.

We relocated from Nevada and White Haven Clinic was recommended as a vet for our 2 goldens who had spent their lives in the desert. I was very impressed with the time and detailed explanation of the differences in environment and the needed vaccines etc the Dr provided; I would highly recommend this clinic.

Everyone is always friendly. Always very caring with my dog, Kodiak. I have received many calls to check on Kodiak, which shows me they are very concerned and caring.
