The new surcharge for using a bank card, even when it s a debit card, is not exactly customer friendly.

Pricing for pills was 30$ more than what I paid at my old vet.

Starting to become disappointed with this clinic

Everything about the white haven vet was great but what really ruined our experience was the waiting....it was horrible. Our appt was at 510...we didnt get seen until 6 something and to say the least they called us to come in earlier and our original appt was at 6pm. Once we were seen, we were really put in another room until about 620 then got moved to the actual room where the doctor sees you. The doctor and nurse were amazing but again each time they left the room it was 15 to 20 mins for them to come back. The whole trip was about 2 in a half hours...love the vet..hope it quicker next time.

Everyone is very friendly, the office is inviting, dr and staff are caring and take time to know you and your pet and they pet and play with them, I recommend the office to everyone.

The staff is always respectful, very patient. They also take extra time with you after the visit to make sure you understand what took place during your visit.

Each and every day that I still have her is a blessing that I have your hospital to thank for. But beyond the medical side of the product you supply in care and medication, is the personal side. The thoughtful support and encouragement is not something available at many other offices. I left buster fill this out. He is always happy with the services you give him and he is feeling much better with the new medications you provided for him. A happy buster is a happy bill.

I wonder how necessary it is for the request of a fecal sample every time we visit. We are asked upon sign in and and again when brought into exam room if we ve brought one. It s an added expense, and I feel that the pet owner should determine whether or not they want to submit one as we know our animals and monitor them closely.

I would just like to take the time to say how much I love the entire staff (with special love going out to Dr. Sobieray, Aunt Lana & Aunt Jane)at this facility. My older dog Aspen CANNOT WAIT to get in the door once we get out of the car and my little guy Hunter has become the same way even though he is working through some issues. Dr. Sobieray has been SO patient and understanding with him (and me for that matter)that I cannot thank her enough for her support. Should be a multi-pet discount. Costs are making having more then one pet difficult. Thanks to our vet that changed antibiotics to help decrease costs. My budget thanks you!
