It would be very helpful if there was a phone # to call or even text if I was running late or more often wanting an earlier pick up. Otherwise, we have been very pleased with the staff and facility. Thank you!

I am so happy with this office. I switched from another local office and there is no comparison. The staff was friendly and helpful. The office is clean. When we were working with a serious illness the staff gladly stayed long after closing time to make sure we did not feel rushed into making a decision. Theyou are absolutely great!

I recognize that emergencies happen and it is hard to be right on time for everyone. The Veterinarian did apologize for the wait and I do understand.

My husband had sticker shock at the visit before last. The aid kept telling him about all the services and how much it costs to do a teeth cleaning. Please don t make it seem out of reach for an elderly person to have a pet. They enhance the life of the pet and the elderly person. It would be a shame to have that happen!

Jenn and Dr. Sobieray were wonderful, professional, and friendly. It was a very pleasant experience in a beautiful setting.

Compared to other Vet s the price for the million dollar White Haven Vet is making me consider other local options. Wish there was a more Holistic approach offered. I don t agree with all the chemicals and drugs used as treatment when more natural approaches are just as effective. Trying to guilt pet owners into unnecessary $1000s of dollar procedures/ vet recommended products that I can only get there, is highway robbery. Staff is friendly and well trained.

The Dr was excellent. The assisting tech is always gentle with our pet. The only thing I would say about the place is the price. I wish My pets got the same quality for a better price. The staff is always pleasing to deal with.

Dr. Soberay is the best! She is excellent with the animals, and great with calming the humans. The techs are always very good as well.

Both me and my dog get really anxious at the vet. I was super happy with the options the vet gave me so my dog can be checked out. I am used to people being scared of my pitbull but this was the first time I felt like just another patient. Thank you very much

We live in Mountain top right next to a veterinarian. We went there years ago when we first had our dogs and the staff was rude and our dogs were afraid of them. We drive to white Haven because the Vets and the staff genuinely care abut animals - that is more important than convenience - thanks

First 2 sugar curves were done wrong and very expensive and because of that it is still on going not to mention what our dog has to go through each time forgot to mention the second time he was there we got him back with a bandaged leg now we don t trust leaving him there for the day so now someone stays with him all day.

I absolutely love the staff and the facilities! Everyone is very sweet and kind and helpful, I enjoy visiting the facility! Quality care is most certainly provided there!
