Once again, I was very satisfied with the service that my German Shepherd TEELA and I received at the White Haven Veterinary Hospital. Teela, was seen by Dr. Sobieray, and she gave her a very thorough examination,vaccinated her for the appropriate vaccines, and we discussed next months appointment where she will draw blood for a few tests, including test to make sure tat the PanaKare Plus Powder for her Pancreatic insufficiency condition, which was diagnosed by Dr. Shelly, 5 years ago, and she has been doing extremely well ever since. I like your facility and staff has been very nice thus far. Hank Macuch

My only complaint is getting my cat neutered in a timely manner.

Waited over an hour past our appointment time due to another patient arriving 40 minutes late. Late patient should have been rescheduled to another day and not inconvenience other patients.

I was dismayed and upset to find that Winston was in pain for two days following his appointment. He was very sore in his chest and right front shoulder following his nail trim and having his anal glands expressed. He was unable to go up or down steps that are usually easy for him and exhibited pain when being touched Friday night and all day Saturday. If there was a problem working with him I would have liked to have been told. It seems he must have resisted or was not restrained properly. This was very upsetting. I don t expect to have my animal return from a simple visit or any visit sore when he was fine before arriving.

Bonnie was wonderful, she met me in the parking lot when she saw how full my hands were with a nervous dog and a one year old sleepy baby. She was so thoughtful and we love the way she grooms Marley!!

Staff was friendly, compassionate, and extremely helpful! This office was not my primary vet, but rather I was looking for a second opinion. The way in which my pet and I were treated has now made me willing to switch completely. They were wonderful!!

Everyone there is fantastic!! Makes us feel like part of a family. Greet us and Charlie by name and he loves going to the vet!! Show concern and experience with Charlie. We always recommend you practice.

Having 5 cats, our visit is a struggle for any facility. The White Haven Veterinary/Pocono Lodge maintain the highest level of caring for all our babies. We love that they take care of them with as much love as we do.

Would like to mention that the front office staff were very helpful. They saw me getting 2 old labs down from the back of the truck by myself and one of the girls came out to offer help if I needed. That was very thoughtful and it is nice to have someone go that extra mile in their routine days work! Nice to give some positive feedback! Wish I would have noticed her name to be more specific, not sure if you can tell by my check out bill since she also checked us out. Thanks again! Laurie (Cocoa and Coby Nicholas)
