I was pleased with the male tech who did Dionysus’ shots. He was able to say Dionysus’ name. Everyone calls him Mr. D because they can’t pronounce his name. I hope he continues to care for Dionysus.

The staff and vet were all very kind and attentive to my nervous puppy. They took the time to answer questions that may have seemed silly, but as first time puppy owner I was curious and nervous myself.

I waited probably close to half an hour to get checked out. They were waiting to make sure that all the charges were in the system but the veterinarian was in with another customer. I think it would be great if there was a different process for this. I could tell that the lady working on checking me out felt bad and was super considerate the whole time so I knew I wasn t forgotten about. Other than that one recommendation, it was a great experience.
