I appreciate that the staff took the time to listen to us as a walk in and didn’t brush our concerns under the rug. They all took great care of Callie and we are so thankful.

We were very impressed and felt at ease. Our dogs are our fur kids and we are a little picky on who treats them. No worries or concerns from us and we are happy to find a permanent place to take our pets. Thank you!

Dr. Holmes took the time to visit with me about Ellie and the treatment options. We also visited about the Wyoming Cutting Association and invited me to come and watch the next event in Thermopolis.

The front desk staff at your facility is amazing. I spent a few days trying to decide where I was going to bring my cat, somehow missing your clinic. Within the first few seconds of talking to Daphne on the phone I knew that it was the right place. Everything about the staff was professional and helped put me at ease. The doctor answered his phone when he was at home, the staff stayed after closing to make sure I was able to get medicine for my cat. The only thing I can say is thank you.

.Lizzie needed to be seen as soon as possible, with our usual Vet not being able to look at her wound until Tues. She had been hurt on Sat. and I didn t think we should wait around longer for medical care. I really appreciate getting her in and tended to on Monday morning, despite the weather being horrible. The Office is hard to get into when you are not familiar with the roads, particularly when the access is covered with snow. Other than that we had no difficulty, particularly in the afternoon when we picked her up.

Status quo for Casper Animal Medical Center reflects in my rating. Dr. Mahnke runs a top-flight clinic!

Jack was well taken care of...Thank you! Is was a little hard getting him through there because he doesn t play well with other Doggies, but you made it as painless as possible. We will be being him back for your A1 care. The Vet and Vet Tech were great as well. I m sure if Jack could speak...he would say that his time at your Office was a good time! Woof!

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and sympathetic when I came in. They explained everything thoroughly with me and somehow weren t annoyed with my phone calls to check on my rat (hahaha). It was the best experience I ve ever had with a vet before. I will definitely return for even basic shots. I highly recommend Casper Animal Medical Center to anyone needing a vet. I have never seen a better facility before in my life.

Our doxie Lilli Grace is 14 1/2 years old and we always worry about putting her under Anesthesia. The doctors always reassure us that they think she will be fine, and we trust that we will be advised if and when the time comes that she may not be.
