Dr Franklin was particularly patient and clear in explaining how to deals with a medication problem for our senior cat.

I loved waiting in the car. It worked out well with 2 cats. Way less stressful for them. Jenna was so sweet to look at our photos of Teddy.

We don’t really interact eith providers as we wait outside in our cars.

I love you all for taking such great care for our animals. The only concern I have is the communication from your office regarding how our animals are doing. Just to touch base if your animal is staying for 4 hours or more like my kitty did. I had not heard anything for hours and my anxiety level was high. Thanks

Your facility looks wonderful, although with Covid, was unable to go inside. I did bring Dixie s file from her last vet to be copied and returned but I was told the copy machine was broken but at some point, I would like to get me copies back. She was in severe pain after the surgery and screamed each time she moved so I was happy to get the pain medicine from you for the next day. Thank you for that. I would also like to know which vet actually did the operation? Thank you so much and hopefully, she ll only be needing to come in for her annual check up and shots.

i need to exchange a prescription. the med is expired since April or May 2020. It’s the bottle of anxiety med for Izzy . You all were closed last week when I tried to follow up. Would love to receive my invoice for the appointment by email. I realize these are different times right now, but having an invoice is important to me. As always, the staff is very friendly and wonderful with my dog.

Although my cat is better now, I was quite shocked at the $620 bill. There should be some sensitivity and consultation so I could have agreed to all the procedures. For example, I would have taken my chances to have only the abscess removed and said no to the $200+ lab fee. I have been a client of yours for many years but I’m not sure I can afford your services.

There was no discussion regarding billing. I was asked for my credit card without being told the amount. That s why I gave that question 2 stars. The doctor and entire staff at Calistoga Pet Clinic are superb. My cat doesn t even complain about going anymore.

I would like to receive a copy of the print-out of the services rendered and prescription purchased for my records. Can you please mail me a copy of that? Service was excellent and time-efficient. I did not get the name of the technician/assistant who took Maggie in and out of the Pet Clinic but she was great.

I first had an appointment at 3:30. Then I received a call to ask if I could come at 3:00 and that was no problem. So I arrived a little before 3:00 but waited in my car until after 3:30 with Bella. I understand emergency appointments happen but it was confusing.
