Need to explain what s going to happen at each visit BEFORE being seen. I brought my pet in for his heartworm prevention. He had 2 or 3 other things done to him that I couldn t afford at the time but paid for anyway. It was very inconvenient and surprising when I was told the total for his visit.

We were very pleased with the service we received. It was an emergency situation and when they spoke to Dr Hill she got us right in. Mason was treated very well by Dr Hill. She and Lauren explained everything so we could understand and we were very comfortable there.
