I think the staff at the front desk could be a little friendlier. No smile from them and I thought even short with the tech who was helping me. Dr. Kitten was great and so were the techs. The front desk people could use some customer service training. You have many services I would like to use and it would have been great if they offered to tell me about boarding and grooming services with even a pamphlet offering pricing. I need to board my dog in October and I left without pricing. Tech was helping to get my printed receipt and they were short with her. She even apologized. Once again techs and vet were very nice.

Everyone was super friendly, accommodating and loved all over our puppy. They were super knowledgeable. I was extremely happy with our visit. We will make Stoneridge our go to for all our furbabies!

I am always impressed with the quality of service and care that your staff gives us when we come in. This time, my mother brought my cat in for me and the staff was very patient with us while she called me to explain what services were being recommended. This is by far the best facility I have brought any of my pets to. Keep up the good work!

Seemed rushed out to pay when the visit wasn’t completed. The dr. was supposed to get back with us on food choice options, pending fecal results. We were rushed to check out when the fecal wasn’t done yet and the heart warm test results weren’t given. We were told that pending fecal results can result in an additional treatment plan.... so I’m guessing everything turned out ok as we didn’t get a call afterwards. Also, our previous vet offered 6, 12 and 18 months on care credit with any amount due. It would be nice to have other options than just the 6mo.

I had to wait 45 minutes to see Vet. She looked at dogs teeth and petted him. That was a 54 dollar exams? We was just in for an exam less than 6 months ago. I think you are very over priced. I am paying 110.00 dollars for a flu shot. That seems a bit to much.

I arrived about 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment. I waited almost an hour before I went into a room. Dr. Pettyjohn was good but a little hurried. After she sedated and put a splint on Blue’s leg she never came back in to talk to me. She said she would show me the X-ray but didn’t. She said Blue has ear mites but didn’t give me medicine. She charged me for pain meds at home but I didn’t get them. I asked the tech to see the X-ray and she took a picture with her phone which I saw for about 5 seconds and her phone died. I asked her to text it to me later but she didn’t. She didn’t give me pain medicine to take home. I remembered that on the way home and called but the phones were on the answering machine. The girls up front were still there when I left at 12:10 but didn’t answer the phone. I left two messages but no one called me back all weekend.

I love going to the office on Willis. Everyone is so friendly, polite,fun to all the come thru the door. I have always felt the watch person there is concerned about my pet & they will answer any question I have.

I am really unsure how to answer these questions other than #1,yes or no. I am unsure what to do with the questions with stars. Perhaps some sort of instructions or complete redesign of the instrument would allow more people to answer the survey

The only comment I have is that when I was there, there were some sick dogs there that I feel like if you had an area where only sick dogs go when they come in or the floor/furniture is cleaned quickly and not left wet. I wasn’t comfortable putting my dog down.
