The staff was incredibly accommodating to us to get our pooch in to check on her after her surgery and a concern we had. They were thorough, efficient, and as usual, very friendly. Thank you!

Overpriced and require too many additional costs for certain services.

I only gave you a 2 on the wait time cuz I did wait for 45 minutes standing outside in the drizzle n chill air. When I got the confirmation of the appt it gave specific instructions to stand outside my car wit pet n wait for staff member to come out to car n I didn t get what the sign outside said. Since it was a misunderstanding I won t hold that against you or mention this in my google review... ha... but thanx, I got a lot more info about what was going on wit my dog than I got from my last vet.

I use to come here when the old Company had Today when I walk in I knew this was a different group The facility was so clean. And I really like how the Dr. And Tech explain everything. Excellent Service

My dog only know STL Vet Center for his medical needs. He is not the friendliest dog and they have patience for him. Since Maverick is my first dog, they are patient with me!

So excited to come on board. Dr. Alyson was great and beyond helpful. She really made Wilson and I feel at ease.

I was kind of surprised in the end concerning the complete price for payment. I didn’t hear all that was included, even though my loved pet is worth every cent paid. It’s still ok because this is the best place to take him. Need also for grooming to come back. My pet doesn’t like anyone else but has no problems at home coming from this office or entering into. Thank you!

Prices are a little pricey

Everyone I interacted was pleasant, courteous, and very helpful. The follow-up from visits/surgery was fantastic too. Everyone always spent the time to go through details and answer questions. Thanks so much for the great care and keep it up!

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Alicia! She’s always extremely thorough, and I know she takes great care of Macon when he’s there. The girl who came out to get him out of the car was awesome too - sorry I didn’t catch her name (maybe Megan?) .. anyways she was super sweet and also very explanatory and thorough as well. Overall we love the whole staff!!!

The staff (from front desk to vet techs to vets) have gone above and beyond for me and my dog during a very difficult month. Everyone has been consistently patient, compassionate, thorough and responsive. I have felt confident managing Sasha’s injuries and infection because of your work. I cannot thank you all enough.

Wait was long especially not seeing the doctor.

Can’t really comment on the facilities being clean, but I’m betting they are with no customers allowed in! :) hahaha. I was there promptly at 10am appointment time but waited at least 30 min for a tech to come get our dog. They said they were backed up, and well, that happens sometimes.

This was my pet’s first visit with your office (though my previous pet was a patient before she passed). Although I was contacted about pricing, I did not get a call to talk about my pet after she was seen. I guess everything was fine, but it would have been nice to talk about how she was doing, etc., especially since I had expressed my concerns with her weight.

This was my first time bringing my dog to a vet in St. Louis and Dr. Brown was phenomenal! I loved how she explained everything so thoroughly for what the game plan was for my dog. Would not hesitate to recommend this place!

It was a last minute appointment request. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to see my pup.

Dr. Brown has been incredible. She seems to truly care about my dog and always has great insight and advice for my dog’s health. She is always sure to explain everything in patient friendly terms and answers all questions with great detail. I’ve referred many people to her and I think she’s doing a fantastic job!

New patient. Very pleased with the staff. Vet was very thorough and took time to call (covid procedures) while my dog was inside and explain everything, go over costs, ask if I had any questions/concerns. Felt very confident with my dog in their care. Good follow up as well.
