I would just recommend that extra services not be pushed when you are bring a sick pet in. My pet is now sick after visiting the office because I was talked into giving him shots while he is fighting an infection. Usually pet owner knows their per better than the vet.

I will be looking for another clinic. I’ve had great experiences at this clinic in the past. What I enjoyed the most is the care given to my dogs. Now, it seems the concern is more on meeting a quota of sales. I’ve not felt so pressured to spent more money on “keeping my pet and home safe”. This is down right pitiful.

Everything was great. I just wish I had known it was going to be a 2 hour appt so that I didn t wait in the parking lot that long. It also took me 7 tries to call just to say my dog was checking in for her appointment.

The fees were a bit high but having a phone call from Dr.Brown was very helpful and the medication prescribed for my cat relieved his pain. I am happy with service provided

We were very nervous to drop our dog at the door due to new COVID procedures but they did a great job making us feel comfortable and making sure things went well! Thank you!

Some of these dont apply due to covid. But in all of our past visits, everything has been great. We love Dr. Alisha! She has been awesome with my one special needs kitty!

When the staff got my pet from the car, it was not made clear that his scheduled time was for a drop off vs appointment. Filled out intake form online a week prior to appointment. No record of it when I arrived. Had to fill out again, but unable to provide same level of detail about pet s nerds due to being rushed to provide info needed in my absence.

During this period of curbside service, it would be helpful when referring to the injection site in the discharge instructions to actually specify where it was, since pet owners can no longer see it being done. This would have helped relieve our anxiety about our cat s sore leg on the Sunday after a Friday appointment. Thanks.

Thank you for letting us establish primary care in the midst of a pandemic! My only suggestion would be a sheet/form that lets owners ask questions that can be printed by the techs and then the vets can jot down the answers during the exam. This may only work for Type A people like me, but I would imagine it would give a glimpse of owners priorities and mitigate after visit phone tag. Thank you for everything!

I have honestly had amazing experiences every single time I have visited with my puppy. Everyone is kind, patient, informative, and ensure the best for all the animals. I was nervous finding a vet in a city I wasn’t used to and was not disappointed with my choice. I also really appreciate the follow up that they do after every visit showing they care about the recovery of the animals. Thank you to every one who has helped make our experiences easy, helpful, and timely.

I m not very happy with your all service I was told that they were going to get back with me on my cats medication and I still haven t heard a dam thing from them not very satisfied

I called specifically making an appointment for a six week old puppy to get vaccinated. I was not told until I arrived at the appointment and my dog was in exam that they didn’t vaccinate until eight weeks, and was charged $129 for a wellness exam and worms test. If I had been told about the vaccines, I would have waited two weeks for an appointment. Ended up being a waste of time and while everyone was lovely, I will likely be cancelling my follow up appointment because of the lack of communication about services.

Since the clinic is doing curb side right now, I think it would be nice if there was a specific number that guests could call when they arrive for their appointment. I had to call 5 times when I arrived for my appointment before someone finally answered the phone. I know these times are crazy, the rest of my experience was really great! :)

Due to covid is understandable the precautions being taken however for first time visits it would be helpful to be able to be with the pet as they get comfortable

Dr. Duris provided no instruction for administration of SQ kit; as part of my cat’s treatment for stress he suggested Feliway and when I explained that I currently use the diffusers, he then provided no alternative treatment; I was not provided specifics on lab results which is frustrating as he has CKD and requires frequent checkups. On top of that, he assured me the SQ kit would be filled the same day but clearly did not check with the front desk, which led to miscommunication and frustration. Every time we encounter this doctor, I am left unsatisfied with our experience.
