All appointments are drop off now, seemed no one realized I was sitting outside waiting. Better communication of go home and we ll call you would have been better

My wait time to be seen was about 45 minutes. While this was an inconvenience, I was credited an amount on my bill which was unexpected! As always great customer service and took good care of my pup!

My dog is a home body so going to the vets is not his favorite thing to do. He is known by the vet techs and he behaves for them even though he does not like being there. I have never had a complaint about his behavior from anyone.

I didn t get to see the inside of the building, but absolutely everything that I did see and have happen was beyond perfect. Ten out of five stars across the board. This is my fourth vet trying to get my cat healthy, and the first to actually help and have me leave happy. Best vet in the area.

Other then it sounded and looked busy due to some dropped calls and miss communication, I will be bringing my dog back. The front desk, nurse and doctor were friendly and polite. They were open and valued my concerns which was very important to me. They answered all my questions and felt safe there for both me and my dog.

We moved here from Ohio in 2019. This office is wonderful.

This was no fault of the staff but due to covid, the procedures aren’t really that ideal for new dogs that may be nervous at a new vets office. That being said, everything else went well and staff was very friendly and I’m appreciative of them making room for my dog to be seen

I understand covid limitations..maybe telemed or at least a place for folks to wait. I was told not to go home but it was 103 in my car and I waited out there..the appointment was a reasonable time but keeping the car running for 45 mins was not swell either .great job guys..not perfect.thanjs for all you are doing.dt Lermer is the best!!

Because of Covid I was unable to wait in the waiting room and accompany my pet to see the vet. However the staff was wonderful and the vet called me to let me know how my pet was doing and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I will be taking my pet here from now on.

We have always been very pleased with the service and care our dogs receive. Everyone is friendly and I feel like they truly care about our pets.

I can’t thank y’all enough for always understanding my concerns, always always being kind and caring, always fitting my pet in when I’m sure EVERYONE thinks their pet’s issue is an emergency! I know Dr Brown rarely takes time off because Of this and while IDK HOW she manages this, I am deeply grateful
