I have been a customer for many years. I truly love the way they take time with your pets making sure everything is preform correctly. Also kind and patient with them. Will recommended them to anyone.

I waited 45 min to an hour. I saw people come and go, even then nobody called me. As i sat in the car. Started seeing other people that came in after me. I called and let them know if my waiting. It too another 10 min. Then they call to bring my dog to the drop off door. Then they tell me that his visit for nail cut was going to be free. Except that I have a coupon for free nail trim, so no extra favor was done and then I get home and his nail were not cut short. No happy with the service. I had a perfect visit with my other dog two days before. That was great in and out and nails cut short. So I don t know what happened. I have been with you all for many years. Very surprised at the service.

It’s really hard during this pandemic to afford this for our cat. Think we should have been offered a payment because We have lost 2 this year. Then this surgery. We have another that needs to be seen next month I believe. We do pay as we love this practice and Dr brown. Rudie is still boot scooten too

This virus is making life difficult on all of us. I miss seeing the friendly faces of all at the clinic. I fully understand the safety procedures being observed.

Dr. Sullivan and crew took great care of my Emma before, during and after her dental surgery. And the follow up call the next day was just what I needed. I was worried that my Em wasn’t eating and the nurse suggested tuna and that did the trick. Thanks GC Vet clinic!!

They were unable to get a fecal so charged me and sent me home with a bag without explaining that was a charge. I would have appreciated more talk about the bill. I had to ask if I was being charged for an incomplete fecal exam and at that time they took it off my bill. I feel like if something is incomplete it should be charged only upon the completion of the test.

I had two animals seen on that day, dog/guinea pig yet they were taken at different times instead of together making my appointment very long.

I am very happy with my choice to come to your clinic. Staff was very friendly, I appreciate time that doctors took to speak to me over the phone. I feel like it was the best experience especially during the quarantine time. I would like to thank the whole team from the front desk to doctors and nurses for taking care of my baby !

Given the current circumstances, I was very impressed with everything about Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic. Dr Brown did more than impress me with my “hot mess” Hercules. He is my heart and I was very nervous about finding another doctor when we moved to SC that treated him and my other babies like their WV doctor did who treated us like family, but I think we may have found it in Dr Brown.

I would recommend Dr Brown to everyone I know.
