Was impressed with the operation to allow my pet to be seen and not have contact with anyone during the pandemic. The process moved very smoothly.

Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic has a great staff that is always attentive to the client and the owner. I appreciate the many years of interaction we share and look forward to many more.

When a new pt appointment is a drop off this should be told when you make the appointment. Not as you drive up and see all the signs.

I think the doctor was running behind that day because we did wait approximately 30 minutes in our car with our kitties, but once our visit came, they did not rush with our pets. That made the wait worth while.

Great work by the staff - I enjoyed this appointment more than our normal ones since it was more efficient and streamlined. The only problem is waiting for 30+ minutes in an unshaded parking lot. Plant some trees!

We love you guys. BUT I brought my dogs in for a nurse s appointment for them to have heartworm tests, ear cleanings and nails clipped. I was told their ears couldn t be cleaned because they had bad ear infections. I was grateful to know that but I was told that I would have to bring them on Tuesday (4 days later) to be treated. I know that things are crazy with covid, but if they had a bad infection it should have been treated right then.

I am completely pleased with the care of my pets!! The doctors and staff are wonderful! However, I was uncomfortable with the other clients waiting outside the drop off door while talking with the clinic on the phone. A sign asking people to wait inside their vehicles may be helpful.

Dr Browns clinic has taken care of my fur babies for many years. I always found them caring for my animals and the employees, from front desk to vet techs to vets, always nice people.

I’ve never had a bad experience there. Everyone there is very helpful and friendly.

It was extremely busy. I waited almost 3 hours from start to finish in my car. They were not prepared for my appointment but the staff and doctor were very helpful. I will be back hopefully it will be better the next go around.

There is insufficient parking to accomodate the wait. Perhaps you need to extend the appointments.

We brought Georgia home after her appt and she wouldn t eat or drink for hours. Then she vomitted twice and just slept for hours. Did you give her anesthesia for the anal gland cleaning? I m confused on how she was doing great before the visit, but was not well til the next day.

I really appreciate the contact safety and their patience with our very ornery cat.

I love this vet but they really need to open up the inside of the facility and allow owner s to go inside with their pets. I ve never been to GCV and had a packed house, social distance was not an issue before COVID. If bars and tattoo shops are open, the vet should be open as before the pandemic.

The only thing I have to add is that her nails were not trimmed completely. Some of her nails are still very long

Great job! My only suggestion is to either start answering phones at least 10 min prior to first appointments of the day, or figuring out/fixing voice messages so that you know which patients that have shown up and called prior to first start.

I really like the way the office visits are being handled during Covid19.

The staff at Goose Creek Veterinary Clinic are great. During these precarious times with the coronavirus they maintain the social practicing distance and even provided a video for customers about procedures and what to expect. I am thankful they are here for my furbaby!
