The people here are excellent. My appointment was a breeze, having had issues with my cat being difficult to work with in the past. Both my cat and I were treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy every step of the way and I left feeling informed and satisfied. The nurse and doctor were both confident, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would recommend goose creek to anyone.

I switched to this clinic based on the service that was given to my mother s pet Lucy. I left where we had been going for lack of concern form my pet. I must say I have been nothing but elated each time we have had to bring Jax in. The staff is wonderful and has been nothing but excellent in treating our furr baby! Thanks a million for all you have done for Jax!

Marley is too much of a playfull and friendly dog, and both Patty and myself were most definitely NOT happy to hear him welp & cry when he was in back - If and when we come back for his exams, we want him in the examination room with us when he gets blood drawn, or medications given - especially using a sringe.

I never have a bad experience there, Staff very nice people. I am very pleased. If I had to mention anything is I am on a monthly payments but I was told last year that cutting nail was include 4x a year. Other than that I am pleased.

If a pet needs to be referred to the hospital do not chat he for labs n ultrasound. The hospital will not accept and will be preformed tests charged again Just a heads up.

We made a nurse’s appointment early Saturday morning for an allergy shot for our dog and waited in the office for 30 minutes. The receptionist had to call twice and physically go back to get a nurse’s attention.

This office was honestly amazing. I called early in the morning to get my dog in because he was having a lot of skin issues and they had an opening that morning and booked me in. I came in and the girls up front were super friendly, paperwork was quick and easy and I only waited a couple minutes before we were taken to the exam room. The nurse or technician was extremely nice and helpful when talking about everything they would be doing that day and then explaining the meds and tests at the end of the appointment. By far the best vet office I’ve ever been too!

It was suggested a possibility exist for putting my Service Dog Cooper down. Through your services and medicines, Cooper has made a full recovery even without a noticeable limp. Cooper, my wife and especially myself can not thank you enough!

The vet tech Tracy was a little over the top. She seemed professional and knowledgeable, just a little too much energy for my liking. Maybe she was just excited that day? My pup was treated great, a little too much baby talk, but everybody seemed concerned for his health. I m an older pet owner, and while I appreciate the explanation about medicating my dog, it s not the first time for me. So the discussion seemed a little condescending..... small complaints, overall a great visit, and thanks for taking care of my boy!
