i was very pleased, toby pooped on the way in, shannon to the rescue, they needed a sample anyway. love dr westfall. the 3 nurses who assisted me were very patient, i wont mention name because i forget one name and i dont want her to feel slighted. very pleased with dr westfall and he called me the next day. all good news.

EVERYBODY at GCC is AWESOME! They are kind and caring. I have taken both MOLLY and D.O.G....AKA my cat there for over 5 years. I will trust nobody else! The facility is spotless, and the staff is Amazing! They offer great advice on follow up care, and future care....And they even are patient enough to not tell me to go away when I want to brag with stories about how awesome my pet is....( I am sure they hear that every day from every pet owner) I would trust no one else....

Dr Westphal was very good with my dog and he took the time to address all my concerns and answer all my guestions I requested him as my vet for my dog from now on and the tech Tracy was awesome with my dog and I also requested her my dog has many fears and they both made him feel safe and it allowed him to be relaxed thank you to both of them for such good care

I think that spraying a little blanket with whatever spray (for calming) and placing it over my cats carrier while she waited for her appt was a genius move! What a big difference that makes to cats, especially when they can hear dogs barking in the back this simple little extra step can make the visit alot less stressful. Cash award for whoever decided to start doing this.

Sadly the kitten died that same night, maybe an injection of meds might helped vs some orally like I was told to do, just a thought, service was good and everyone was nice, I understand the kitten was really sick, just sad with the ending
