The staff has always been extremely helpful and friendly. Dr.Lerma and nurse Eric show exceptional patents, understanding, and compassion. Always answering and explaining questions that I might have.Nurse Eric went above and beyond to assist me with my over excited Chance.I have always been extremely satisfied with the care.Would not go to any other clinic.

I called to schedule an appt to get my dog two shots that I was emailed about. Then go to check out and my bill was $170. I was ticked to say the least. But it was over, I had two toddlers and a large dog, I didn’t have time to figure out why it was so expensive. I paid, came home and talked to my husband. We plan on looking around to find a cheaper place to get him cared for. We love everything about the office, minus the prices.

Had an appointment. 50 minutes wait. Still didn t get seen for simple vaccine. It has been like this everytime we come. We are stuck waiting with a large, shy dog. We won t be back.
