The vet tech was very informative and helped me make decisions on what would be the best care for my Midnight. The doctor was very gentle with my skiddish kitty. Midnight came into the office very nervous, you could see it in her facial expressions and her meows but by the end of the appointment she was purring and giving everyone “sweet eyes”.I am confident this was because of the excellent care she received while in the staffs care.

I feel the prices are to high for the wellness plans. After I’m done with the puppy wellness plan for a year I will go to West Ashley where they have the same service for literally half the price at VCA animal hospital

These folks are excellent. Just wish they had emergency hours. Hoping to get sick kitty in tomorrow.

The technician acted more like a sales rep than a technician. Also, they staff should be more knowledgeable on the type of animals they are treating. Read up on the history of them. Even the Doctor did not have much knowledge on our breed of dog. VERY IMPORTANT!! And to have more compassion instead of being a pushy sales person. We need more love and compassion even from our Veterinarians.

All of the staff was friendly and professional and I truly felt as if they cared for my pet. I appreciated their advice and concern regarding my dogs injured leg. I m happy to be a customer here.

I love going there, they take such good people . LOVE HOW THEY SHOW LOVE TO A MEAN DOG AND TO A GOOD DOG. JUST THEY WAY THEY TREAT ALL PETS THE SAME AND LOVED.

I love coming here with my dogs. I always feel like they are in great hands. Dr. Lerma is amazing at always knowing what is going on with our dogs. The staff is great and so are the other Vets here. Will not take my dogs anywhere else.
