It would be great to have had the vet examined my pet first before talking about vaccines or what’s needed. It made the whole visit seem less personalized even though the appointment itself was great. Also the fee to hold the appointment is very strange and I’ve never encountered that at another vet-it makes me feel like perhaps the practice is very money oriented?

Kelly Gaffney is the best vet I’ve ever known. She balances potential treatments with consideration of their costs and conveys that to me clearly. I feel not only are my Critts cared for but I am cared for too.

I found Amanda and Dr. Thomas thorough, concerned about doing their best for our Sadie, and willing to explain everything so I could understand. They were very gentle as they quietly did what was necessary to complete Sadie s exam, necessary tests, any vaccinations that were due. We appreciate all the staff at Mulnix Animal Clinic. ??

We had a WONDERFUL experience! We had a nervous pup and everyone was so kind and took extra time to ensure it was a positive experience for our pup. If anything, my only suggestion would be to please go over pricing as things are suggested. I certainly could have asked, but was surprised by the total cost and needed to change up the treatments purchased after the fact :-) looking forward to next time!

Dr. Gaffney is wonderful! She is professional, smart, up to date on new treatments but respects the value of the ‘tried and true’. She is open to Alternative treatments. She is kind. Gentle, sweet but firm with our dogs. We always ask for her. Staff is great!

I realized once I met the vet that I was kept waiting because she loved interacting with my dog, which I VERY much appreciated. Maybe the appointments can be scheduled with more time allowed for each visit; I was in the lobby for at least 10 minutes and another ten in the exam room after the nurse had completed her assessment. I don t want you to change the fact that the vet wanted to spend so much time with me, just maybe schedule the appointments farther apart?!? Otherwise, love your service!!!

It would be advantageous to have a place that has people who listen and are friendly. Your nurse who took us back didn t listen to anything I said, and made no effort to answer wmy concerns.

We had a great first visit. we’re happy to have found a caring vet for our new puppy!
