I found all the COVID precautions burdensome. I think they are over-kill to current Omicron concerns. I think being expected to wait outside the clinic or in your car until your appointment time ridiculous. People are getting tired of all the fear pushed about Covid. Enough is enough!

Lauren and Dr. McP are a great team; both are attentive and listen well.

Dr. Gaffney was wonderful and eased our coucerns about the health of our beloved cat. After 18 days of no food we thought we would loose her but with proper treatment she is thriving again. TY TY TY

Overall a very positive experience, and we look forward to having the team at Mulnix care for our new dog. I was a little frustrated that even though I asked on multiple occasions about having his stitches removed (in his paperwork, when I scheduled the appointment, and when we arrived to the appointment), we still had go back in after the appointment was over and ask them to remove the stitches. They immediately corrected the situation and all ended well.

The docs and nurses at Mulnix are outstanding and compassionate. They truly care about you and your animals. Highly recommend!

I m always impressed at how well the staff handle my dogs who are not very friendly.

Our appointment was at 11:30 and we weren’t seen until 11:45, then roomed and waited for longer. However, even with the wait all of my questions were answered, and it didn’t feel rushed. Very knowledgeable and kind care.

The staff at Mulnix is amazing. I love that Dr. Gaffney works directly with Dr. Woodley to make sure all my pups are taken care of.

I can t say enough positive things about Dr. Gaffney and her compassionate care and concern for my very fearful dog. She takes the time to hold him on her lap and gain his trust before she starts the exam, and holds him throughout shots, blood draws and teeth checks. She is truly AMAZING! Also thanks to Amy for her expertise with blood draws. They worked as a team to make sure Riley was safe to them and also calm enough to undergo all the procedures. 5+ stars!!!

Dr. Gaffney is amazing! She knows my kitties and always gives us the time needed to feel that our kitties are being taken care of.

It was so nice to be back inside and see everyone! Dr Gaffney is amazing as always and Courtney is a rock star.

The only minor concern was just how noisy it was outside the exam room for about 5 minutes. My cat was doing fine and then became stressed at all of the noise. Seems you can hear a lot in the rooms. But I appreciated everything else about the visit! Very friendly staff, Dr. Gaffney was great, my cat was well take care of.

I was very happy with my appointment and everything they did to help my dog in pain.
