Ms. Kelley was the first vet that Aspen ever gave kisses to. She was very comfortable around her. It was nice to see Aspen relaxed.

Thus far I love you guys best. I will still have Joan Bowen on the side as a vet. She is more of a family friend, but doesn t have all the lab stuff or equipment to run a small animal shop/clinic. But her advice has been ROCK SOLID since the day I met her 18 years ago. She is tenacious, IF she doesn t know she will find OUT. LOVE her for that! Misdiagnosis has been HUGE to my other vets. Pet care came to money and not for my pets best interest in mind either. I lost a dog to bone cancer after TPLO surgery and NOT ONE OF them told me the truth. Not one of them even motioned the possibility of bone cancer. It hurt beyond imagination. I literally felt like I PAID them to KILL my beloved pet; he was only 3 years old. Your clinic is actually closer than any of the vets I have vested my money into. I hope I can learn to trust my animals vet again. The Last misdiagnosis was done by Front Range in regards to a Persian male with swelling in his eyes and lots of sneezing. They said he had feline herpes. They said he was exposed as a kitten and would carry it for life. I am a CATTERY, so it was terrifying to me. They did NO testing for it, but prescribed meds for it. They also told me there is NO TEST for it! Lie upon LIE. He was tested by Joan Bowen the same day and by CSU and tested NEGATIVE. She also looked at him closer and found he was born without puncta to either of his eyes. The hurt and mistrust continues...…. Like I said. I loved your service and the location and I hope to see more of you in the future. I ask only for absolute HONESTY! Thank YOU!

Nurse was very nice but didn t have a clue how to use the cold laser machine. Some training should be provided prior to using it. Not her fault, she was very sweet.

Not a complaint at all but the tech was male and I mentioned that my pup is extremely anxious and does significantly better with women but it was not ever offered to switch to a female tech. I wouldn’t have minded waiting.
