Absolutely the best staff. I felt very welcome immediately and they took fantastic care of my dog.

I really dislike NOT being able to attend my pets vet visit in person. I could NOT see what was really examined during their annual exams, while they received their annual shots, or ask questions at that time! I think pet parents should by allowed in during exams,if they are wearing a mask! The current procedures are too time-consuming & over-kill!

The staff and doctors here really make our pets feel valued and are always open to questions. We wouldn’t go anywhere else

With 3 dogs now, I am always tending to one with a medical issue. I so much appreciate being able to call in to see if I can do something at home to help the sweet dog. In the past, other Vets have suggested methods that are no longer being used. I appreciate the staff s patience in eliminating these, and if possible suggesting other methods.

I d love fewer phone calls (completely understandable now though due to curbside needs). A telehealth platform could streamline you- reduce the number of calls needed, and allow for me to see the exam and doctor via video while still in my car. (I m a vet who works for a telehealth platform, so I m totally biased!).

Mulnix for some reason documented that my dog s 3yr rabies was given June 2019. I brought my dog in June 2020 and paid for an exam with annual vaccines. She did not get a rabies vaccine because it was documented as current for another 2 years. Now that I need to renew the dog license and need proof of rabies, the response from Mulnix is a shoulder shrug on why the RV date was documented wrong (it was actually last given September 2017), and that I need to pay them for a second exam 6mo later in order to update the vaccine. This is not how other veterinarians practice - it s purely a Mulnix choice to make more money, so we will not be paying Mulnix any more money for veterinary care. It was very disappointing for Mulnix to not cover their innacurate documentation. What if my dog had gone another 2 years without getting vaccinated?
