I had again an exceptional experience at your clinic. Instead of wellness check on one of my cats, I had to request an end-of-life evaluation. Your staff quickly and seamlessly transitioned over, and were very compassionate during the entire process. Thank you very much for this help.

Dr. Gaffney was attentive, empathic and completely understanding of Mittens condition and gave us her realistic and accurate diagnosis. We very much appreciate her candor and caring approach during a most difficult time for us.

Mulnix is a wonderful, calm, gentle and happy place. All my animals throughout the years have been at ease with their Dr. visits. A shout out to our favorite Dr. Kelly. She’s definitely a welcomed part of our family. My dogs just love being with her. As do I. She’s awesome. Couldn’t answer the question regarding the waiting area as this visit was during the Covid-19. The changes in receiving clients was altered in a good way to honor socially distance guidelines. This included closing the waiting area to the public. It all worked out well.

Everyone was super friendly and accommodating in these unfamiliar times and loved my pup, which is enough for me to continue coming back. Thank you.

Scheduling was a mess. Lost appointments, someone scheduled my 2 already neutered kittens to be spayed instead of just a checkup, etc. But the staff once we finally got in was great. We love Dr Gaffney!

I was very pleased that the doctor took so much time to talk to me and understood my concerns about vaccines. It was so appreciated.

I was especially pleased with how mindfully and safely the appointment was handled regarding precautions in place to guard against the speed of Covid-19.

Came in for a pedicure for my dog. Service was professional and courteous as always, but they missed her dewclaws during the trim.

Appreciate the care & conversation with Doc via phone since we couldn t meet in person.

Difficult times due to the constraints of COVID19. Unfortunately I feel my pet was misdiagnosed and will be taking her in to a clinic that is offering exam room visits instead of the curbside service. This way I can discuss observations I ve made during the exam so that way can hopefully figure out what is going on. I completely understand this is a difficult time and glad you are able to be there for routine appointments.

Dr. Gaffney was wonderful! I was a bit nervous about how my cat would behave with the staff since I was not allowed in the clinic due to COVID precautions. Dr. Gaffney put my mind at ease letting me know exactly how my cat reacted and didn’t push when she began to get a bit less trusting of staff. I appreciate all the time and efforts the staff and vets take to ensure my pet is treated well and remains healthy.

I so appreciate the way you ve adapted your business during the COVID crisis to keep staff and visitors healthy. Keep up the great work.
