My cat needed her shots and they did a very good job with her when she was returned back to me she wasn t freaked out.

You all took great care of my boy Falkor and were extremely friendly and personable. 10/10

My rescue dog is very afraid of and doesn t tolerate being touched by strangers. I couldn t take him into the lobby because of car pickup Covid protocols. After a very challenging time for the tech to get my dog into the clinic, Dr. Gaffney took the time to sit calmly with him and hold him on her lap. She was then able to perform all his annual tests and shots without the usual trauma. Seeing her carrying him out to my car after his appointment all cuddled under her sweater nearly brought me to tears. She s the best, most compassionate and patient vet ever!!

Wait time wasn t a problem, but there was one. I needed an ish button - not just yes or no. My chat with the doctor was great. Very positive. There was a bit of confusion on phone with staff when I arrived as to whether I was coming or going... understandable under the circumstances. Thank you for staying open.

I wish you would have told me to keep my outdoor cats inside for 24 hours since they both were under the weather and could have gotten more sick. They are fine, but it would have been a good suggestion

A different type of visit with the drive up. But, it seemed to work.

Camera in your exam rooms so that clients can view what is happening with their pet during this Covid time. Was told that wait time would be 30 minutes for Bordetella vaccine to be administered to my dog and wellness check-up - it was 1.5 hours. Asked about prescribed supplement - have not received answer yet. Staff and Dr. was friendly and thorough at time of visit but follow-up not happening in a timely manner. What was happening to my dog for 1.5 hours? He obviously had been stressed.

A very pleasant and informative visit. Dr. Gaff and the rest of the Mulnix crew were fantastic. Thank you Mulnix for the great care of my best friend Cooper!

As a new patient my dog was forced to have a physical even though he just had one two months ago at his prior vet. I thought that was an unreasonable charge when I had a problem oriented visit. Unfortunately the wait time was excessive and even though arriving 10 minutes early as suggested we sat in the car for 40 minutes before he was even brought in.

Everyone was super friendly, and my personal nurse, unfortunately slipping on her name, was very helpful!

This was Chester s first visit, and I am extremely pleased with the care and expertise with which it was handled! Bear was extremely helpful in locating information about which plants to keep out of the house, all internet email communications were pleasant and proactive, and Dr. McP was great and answered all my questions, even at the end of what I m sure was a long day.

Petey came in for a nail trim. His nails looked great!

I appreciate Dr. Gaffney coming to the car to talk to me. It will be great when we can go into the clinic again. Hopefully sometime soon.

I brought my cat and dog together and they didn t have my dog scheduled, but the doctor made room in her schedule to see both. My dog loves going to his vet!

Coordination among staff seemed lacking. The whole appointment took much longer than I thought and the tech (maybe he is new) kept having to go back inside to find answers to my questions. I love Dr. Gaffney, but this was a frustrating visit.
