I did not have an appointment and the office was very busy. I appreciate that they were able to work us in and the Dr was able to see my dog.

The doctor that saw us was very patient with our dog and took the time to look our boy over thoroughly despite his demeanor and fear of vets. She was by far the best I have experienced with handling our dog and giving him a good exam even with his behavior. I am forever grateful for her knowledge and compassion. It was the most time we have had someone examine him as well as the first time we have ever been given some answers or insight into his actual issues so we can do our best to provide him relief.

I waited an hour past my appointment time before I was seen. I do understand emergencies, so it would be nice if when I checked in I was informed that y’all were busy. I would’ve been open to rescheduling. We do love the staff & feel like our pets are well taken care of.

Risinger is a great place to take all your pets. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and compassionate. All the support staff is amazing and very friendly.

I spoke to Kelly on the phone and she was so helpful, professional and answered all questions. And because she had time at the moment, she said she could help me with taking payment information over the phone. She is exactly the type of employee all practices/businesses should have as the first line of contact. Great job!!
