Dr.Ben was awesome as was Andy! Really helped us make decisions about Orion with the cleft paw and helped with sutures with Luanne. Otherwise she was gonna have to go all the way back to Brevard County Shelter and exposed her to illness. It was a great visit.

It was a horrible experience today. The first time we took our dog they couldn’t give him his shot a puppy, and he wiggled around too much. They had a spy gabapentin to take him back again to get his shot. When he was more relaxed we took him back never were we told they were gonna charge us a $75 doctor visit to give him a shot that they asked us to go back for that. They couldn’t give him the first time the first time they poked him and scratched his skin, making him bleed, never gone back and they gave him an extra shot didn’t need as he was already up-to-date on his shots. They didn’t evaluate his shot record properly . Horrible experience will not be returning

As always,it was a pleasure..Dr Barr was great with Mali..gave him full exam and fully checked him out..the techs were great too.. Andy and Connie were wonderful too and as always a pleasure to deal with... I don t think of going to you guys as a vet visit,it s going to see friends and family ...

Was very satisfied with my appointment. They greet you when you come in and I like that they check you in and announce on their headphones that your pet, by name, is checked in for their appointment saying the time.

Excellent check in, friendly and welcoming. The doctors assistant was friendly and attentive to my dog. And Dr. Barr was, as always, excited to see my dog, yorkie, and gave her his attention then proceeded to examine her after she was comfortable. He is kind, patient and calming giving her a sense of trust throughout this process.

Overall our first time using this Vet. Was as easy, quick, clean, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Just amazing staff and Doctor. We will be using them in the future need all our animals. Loved them!

They gave me a last minute appointment and were very busy but took us right in and took the time needed to help my dog with the issues we were there for and took all the time to help us and explain to us what needed to be done. They took blood work and x rays and we need a follow up appointment for an ultrasound.

We were so thankful for today’s visit It was a intense moment for our lil Yorkie Staffs who were there this morning was so special to us they’re so helpful and kind and took care of our little Joey Highly recommend them to all of your furry family Thank you ! Happy New Year!

I wish it could been faster than waiting over 30 minutes or more to check on our new puppy

I would like to say I have had the best experience being a dog owner , I feel like family every time I walk in from the doctors to the staff and I would like to especially to give thanks to Dory on the care and love of Kaia when boarding her .

Place is awesome they took me in right away to care for my pup very caring and professional staff highly recommend this place.

We were looking for place to board or dogs. From when they answered the phone (Liz) was very helpful and help us understand the different options we had. We got introduced to Dory and Andy who took super extra care of our dog and answered all of our questions. Dory sent us pictures and had great communication. Definitely we will see them again. My dog was given xrays the nurse told me results are usually in 5 minutes as of me writing this the next day I have not received his results. That s not good
