Dr Cutrone was great and wonderful. We had a vet tech who barely spoke English that was very vague in explaining the “stabilization” fee and the process. The girl at the front desk was also not helpful either. We had no idea what we were supposed paying for until another tech and the vet came out in the lobby to speak to us. We had no issues paying the fee but we would have liked it to have been explained with more explanation and not with the feeling that we’re inconveniencing them with questions. When we were in the lobby a couple came in with a more severe emergency than ours and they were also given extremely vague explanations on the stabilization fee. They unlike us were upset and when the receptionist asked if they want to do cpr on their 8 week old puppy they were again upset even more. I just feel like the entire situation could have been handled better. If I was a new dog owner bringing my new puppy in for an emergency and got the responses they did I would be hesitant to return. When picking up our dog a very kind knowledgeable tech explained everything and it was a much more ending experience. I would be happy to discuss the experience in more details if needed.

I found pet express through due to a emergency when we try to neuter her at the human society unfortunately anesthesia create a complication but dr benipal took amazing care of my dog Bella Regina, afterwards got a colitis and uti and dr Barth amazing too they took great care of her I’m very please with their services and Fare charges tkyu

Time management should be improved. Every time I bring my pet in the wait time during the appointment is excruciating. Explained what I wanted and needed yet first estimate included things I had already said no to. So had to do it again. The time inbetween is ridiculous. My dog came for shots and I was there two hours. Way too long for a routine appointment. This is every time.so it cannot be emergency. They left my dog to take care of a big shepherd who came in after me yet taken in before me.
