Not really satisfied with her bath her ears were not cleaned properly. And not for the price either. The staff is great but I wasn t happy with her bath. Also they can t find her paperwork which I still need

We had to wait over an hour to be seen for our appointment. This was very stressful for my dog. I also had to ask about how much medications cost, rather than the tech discussing them prior to preparing them.

I d suggest discontinuing the use of the soft cone/collar . . . poor Sam couldn t see through it so he had now peripheral vision, and kept walking backwards. More importantly, it was too easy for him to use his paw and bend it back, rendering it useless toward protecting his eyes from self-scratching the painful ulcer and trying to wipe away the wetness. Useless for this purpose. Otherwise very happy.

I was at Pet Express for the first time a couple days ago and it was a very good first impression. The staff took care of my dog and made sure to go over everything. My dog had an emergency and they were able to get him with no hesitation.

The doctor was in an emergency leaving us waiting at the emergency for three hours before getting any treatment. Two doctors should be on hand or called in if it hold up other clients. Other than that beautiful

For some reason I am not able to make my selections, but I do have to say that I am very happy with my visit and will continue to come to this hospital with all of my pets needs. They were very efficient, professional, reasonable and reassuring. This is the first time that they were worried more about my pet and I then about the money. Thank you so much! You guys are a FIVE STAR all the way!
