I was at your facility for 2 1/2 hours and never once did the doctor see myself or my pet. I was given a huge treatment plan of over $1000 with absolutely zero face time with the doctor. It is a horrible way to do business, especially pet /animal business. I would like to mention the young man who was the vet tech was super nice and professional. Other than him the rest of the experience was negative.

Staff very nice!

From the initial phone conversation to the office visit everyone was courteous friendly and professional . Everyone seemed to care about their job the pets they were attending to . This was my first visit to pet express and would recommend it to anyone .

My appointment for annual shots for my dog was at 1:10 pm and I did not leave until 5:30 pm. I understand there are circumstances that delay appointments but when I arrived there were already 5 appointments waiting ahead of me. I should have received a phone call informing me of the delay before I even arrived or at least offered a small discount (possibly 10% off) for the drastic inconvenience.

I am very with the service and help. It was obivious that the staff cared about the animals.

Some of the girls in the front desk need more training. Place was very clean but it’s missing organization, I got an appointment and when I got there there was no appointment I showed the girl the paper with the appointment on it and she made me a new one for 20 minutes later and after waiting they told me that I didn’t need the appointment because I need it to wait 10 to 14 days after surgery to bring the cat. I told them that they were the ones who sent me the appointment on the first place. They apologize but I wasted my time. I asked 3 different persons in there how much was to fix my dog and they told me $299 everything included, when I dropped the dog it took like one hour of waiting for me to get charged and I was the only one in there, they wanted to charge my more than $500 I told the girl to get me the dog because that was not what I was told and that I was not going to pay more than the $299; she called somebody and I was charged the $299, when I picked up the dog she check my account and told me that I had a balance I told her that I didn’t and she told me ok, but I’m not sure if I’m going to received a bill or any extra charge I really hope that no. Maybe it was bad luck but every time I go there the front desk girl look like lost, you have to explain yourself many times before they get what it’s going on. I was told to call 20 minutes before picking up the dog so he was going to be ready and when I got there I still had to wait for more than half an hour to get the dog. I got the medication for pain for the cat but it was raining and all when I got home, I put it over the table and I’m pretty sure i throw it away, I called the next morning explained to the guy on the phone and was told to come to pick up new pills, when I got there later the pills were not ready and I had to explain like 3 times to the front desk girl before I got the pills.

I will refer all my savannah owner friends to this Pet Express. Phenomenal facility.

Keep up the good work! I really appreciate the dedication there is from everyone who works there. I see everyone works very hard and gives 100%.

The lobby was clean but examination rooms were very dirty we had to go into the third one to find a clean one. Also wasn’t too pleased with the wording on my billing. And now I have to wait a few days for a manager to come in so I can get on letterhead the exact professional opinion of the doctor of the cause of injury to my dog.

I spoke to someone on the phone regarding the services my dog needed. They were very helpful and concise. My children and I walked in with our dog only to wait for over an hour and a half to be greeted by a vet tech who had to confirm every answer with the vet and then attempt to have me purchase more services after I repeatedly explained that I had spoken to staff earlier in the day and confirmed prior to arriving. The young woman at the front desk was amazing and helpful. There wasn t much traffic in the waiting room.
