I ve brought all 3 of my pups to Pet Express now and have seen Dr. Krista each time. She is so warm and kind and has diagnosed our pups and prescribed meds that have cured issues and put our pups back on the right track. We love Dr. Krista!! The office staff has been exceptional too. The last time we were there Jenna checked us out and she was great! Thanks for excellent vet care! We will be back.

Everything was great, but the wait time. I waited too long for my pup to be seen. Other than that, I would give this visit an A+

The staff is always kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. I appreciate the time and care they put in, and I am very happy that they are helping me keep my senior puppy healthy.

The staff, Dr Diaz were all amazing! We got there and only waited approx 20 mins, got in and out within no time. Dr Diaz was very personable and passionate about his job. I definitely recommend this facility for your pet needs.

I flew in to come to this vet and flew out the same day. That’s how much I love this vet. I even emailed them to set up a time for my appointment last minute and was accommodated easily. I was so pleased with the quick email responses too! I did forget how long it usually takes to see the vet lately. It happened the last time I was there which was a while back and I reminded of that moment today as well. I felt bad having to be that person to request quicker service due to a flight but I had already been there for 40 minutes. I guess next time I’ll just have to make earlier appointments for additional time.

What I am disappointed with over and over is the wait time both to be seen and when checking out.I realize there are emergencies and such but this has been an ongoing issue for me as well as my friends who I have referred to Pet Express. Great treatment received from Dr Barr and staff technicians. Edward is resting comfortably after big day of surgery.

One of the vet technicians took my dog out of the examination room to have his blood drawn. Since then, he as been limping as his back paw is now bothering him. Was blood taken from his back paw?
