I feel like there is unnecessary procedures and items to inflate the bill. Literally double the price of the local surgery centers. Doing an EKG on an 11 month old extremely healthy puppy is a bit much for a spay procedure. And the other meds should be apart of the core procedure not as add ins.

This is a great place the service was excellent and our vet was outstanding .. I will now recommended to my family and friends

Dr Bellows is the most arrogant, rude, and condescending vet I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. He chastised me for the ineptitude of YOUR staff for failing to put a reason for my dogs medication in the file, or else he didn’t read it. He seemed to think that I was getting my dog pain meds for no reason and that your staff never did any diagnosis. I had to tell him you did last year and he Finally looked at the records and said I was right. He made me come in for a prescription refill even though the previous doctor had given me 2 refills. Apparently he thinks so little of your previous doctors that he unilaterally canceled those refills. This is only the tip of the iceberg of rudeness he displayed to me. I will never go back and I will definitely tell my friends not to go to pet express. He just wants to run up bills, I guess that’s why you hired him. I am very angry because I have spent A LOT of money there over 1 1/2 years on my pets. I do not deserve to be treated so badly.

Over priced. I use you guys as an emergency basis because the price of everything is always double from meds to x-rays. You might make a few dollars once but lose recurrent patients. I suggest you price everything more reasonable to keep patients coming back.

I did not come in. Alex picked up Buddy at 9:55 am and returned Buddy Approximately 2 hours later. He was professional, pleasant and friendly. A very nice man. I would like to suggest that a rubber mat be placed in the kennels in the van that does pick ups

For me a vet office is about staff. I followed my vet to this new place. They are great. Im so grateful to have such a wonderful place
