All the staff were friendly and helpful. They helped my cat right away and even let me come in after they closed to pick him up! The receptionist working at the time (sorry, I don t remember her name, but she was working at the desk on 3/3) was extremely friendly and efficient.

The staff took exceptional care of our female cat who had to have several teeth extracted due to infection. She is doing well after surgery. I was properly notified of everything and felt cared for. Thank you for the great team who cared for us! It means alot.

SO YOU OFFERED ME A FREE CHECKUP BEFORE I CAME INTO THE OFFICE. ALL YOU DID WAS WEIGH MY DOG AND THEN SAID IT WOULD COST MORE THAN $1K TO DO WHATEVER. NO BODY DID ANYTHING EXCEPT LISTEN TO HIS HEART WHICH WAS NORMAL. YOU WERE AFRAID TO LOOK OR FEEL IN HIS MOUTH....SHEESH.

Please check the price on heart guard. You went from $84. months ago to $114 a couple of days ago. Yet when I googled heart guard it’s in the 60 and $70 range at other places. $30 is a big price hike on an $84 product.

I really do enjoy everything about Pet Express, however I ve never had an appointment where I didn t wait less than 30 mins past my appointment time. Regardless of how much I enjoy Pet Express, my time is valuable and that outweighs everything.

The vet and vet tech seemed to have little interest in listening to us during the appointment. We had to say multiple times that our dog had already had xrays, ultrasounds, bloodwork, and an MRI before they stopped trying to get us to take more unnecessary tests. We were just there to get her bladder expressed (which she did not even end up needed). All of the other work had been done, but they did not listen to us. This is not the first negative experience we ve had. One time we were there for three hours because there was no vet on site, which no one bothered to explain to us. While it s always easy to get on the schedule at Pet Express, it s not always easy to get out or to be heard.

Dr. Benipal and Nurse Monica were phenomenal! My 11 year old Tabby came in lethargic, starving and I thought was dying. Dr. Benipal was professional, compassionate and knew exactly what needed to be done to help my Jinx! He saved her and provided the best treatment plan for her and now she has years to live. Nurse Monica sat with me, spoke so kindly to me, discussed all the meds and even took the time to show me how to administer the injections. I teared up watching my Jinx get her injection but knew I needed to watch so I could do it myself at home. Nurse Monica even asked if I wanted to try on my own as a practice. Both the Dr and Nurse are incredible people!

Please remove the mask restrictions to enter the facility. I am not sick. My dog is not sick. The governor has lifted the restrictions. It’s time to stop. Dr Barr is my favorite. I would follow him anywhere.

The staff were amazing specially Alejandro who was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will say however that the attendant over the phone repeated several times that the total price would be around $50 per dog. She didn’t break down the costs of the many items necessary for me to take my dogs on my trip to Europe. I guess she assumed I knew the costs but I didn’t so it was a very unpleasant surprise when I got billed over $650 in fees and charges. I understand this is something every pet parent has to go thru if the wanna take their pooch overseas but had she explained the price I wouldn’t have drove over half an hour thinking I was getting a better deal than I would have at my local vet. Again this is nothing to do with the staff at the clinic but with the ladies over the phone (not sure if they’re the same ladies at the desk)

The techs who come to get my dogs from me are always caring and so loving with my girls! I love to see the same faces and like that I’m not seeing a turn over rate in your techs!!!! Super important that my girls see familiar faces when i take them to Pet Express
