Waited 45 minutes in the lobby before being seen. But other than the long wait the service was great. Dr. Krista is perfection!

Dr Krista is a wonderful vet and has always gone above and beyond with my fur kids.

I have always been very very happy with the service and cleanliness of Pet Express. What I am disappointed with over and over is the wait time both to be seen and when checking out.I realize there are emergencies and such but this has been an ongoing issue for me as well as my friends who I have referred to Pet Express. I will continue to be a client however I would really appreciate it if you would address this issue. Thank you

Great treatment received from Dr Barr and staff technicians. Edward is resting comfortably after big day of surgery.

One of the vet technicians took my dog out of the examination room to have his blood drawn. Since then, he as been limping as his back paw is now bothering him. Was blood taken from his back paw?

I requested someone in Spanish and the front desk lady told me that i was in luck they had a Spanish tech and he never came inside to explain the bill to my husband since he was the one that paid for everything and it was not cheap I requested the Spanish tech twice.

It is very nice to see familiar faces. For the first year there was a lot of staff turn over. I’m starting to see the same faces every time I drop off my dogs.
