Pet Express went the extra mile to provide an appointment to see my kitty who was not feel well. They took the time to diagnose and treat in a step by step method. I would recommend Pet Express to all for their pets care.

Everyone was wonderful! I had an unexpected visit because my little one could not walk properly. From the gentleman at the front desk and the lady who took a first look at my Luna, everyone greet me with a smile and very welcoming. Dr. Diaz was so nice and caring. Everyone at this office is very caring. Alexis is wonderful, she made the most difficult day of my life a bit easier, she took such good care of my pet and me. I also think that Dr. Barr is very compassionate and he also made a very difficult day a bit easier. I know I was in the right place.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was so so nice. I do wish i was told ahead of time to bring in a fecal sample. And i think the ear cleaning fee is a little high. Everything else was great.

Dr. Barr is by far the very best doctor ever, and I was beyond impressed with the staff as well. I used to see Dr. Barr at the previous place where he practiced, and the experience was like night and day. I am so happy that he is now practicing at pet express. He is the most caring, ethical, compassionate, and skilled doctor one can ever hope for.

Dr. Barr and Vanessa D. are the best they always make us feel like family, always very pleasant and so patient with all my questions.

I had to leave the office without getting my dog seen. I left after waiting for 45 minutes waiting I lost all my morning there. Unacceptable

Arrived 9:15 with 3 family members for a 9:20 appointment, was greeted and told be right with you, 9:35 will be with you soon, 9:45 walked out, no follow up call to find out what happend or why we left

Dr Abby is absolutely the most compassionate and brilliant Dr Iwhave ever seen!!!

I was extremely pissed off after I arrived to find out that the service, that I called explicitly to make were not available. The staff did call around to other Vet s offices to find to find if the did offer the K-9 influenza and tried to get an appointment for me, and offered to overnight the medication. Ultimately I had to end up having the shot being performed at the place I am boarding my dog. I was offered a free bath and nail trim, I took them up on that. Three and half hours later I had my dog back, which is a long time for a senior dog.

Friendly courteous and they care about you and your pet. Went over all prices as they knew I was unemployed and offered the best services

Dr Barr, the young woman at the reception and the Vet. Tech were very professional and nice. Dr Barr and his Vet Tech. answered all our questions. The facilities are top notch.

Everything was 5 stars. Our Doctor was great ad gave us great advice for our puppy. As always I am very happy anytime we bring our little ones in.

This was our first appt with Pet Express. The staff was so welcoming to myself and my pup. Treated us like they ve known us forever! Molly and I highly recommend the doctors and team and will definitely be returning for routine visits!
