All good. I took my dog for bath but did not get a report or anything telling me how he behaved and what they did and how it went. Would be nice to get a little report next time. Thank you

You need more staff ! I waited three hours ! The room was freezing ! Andrew was kind enough to help me into my car. I think you need to add more staff. It was too stressful.

Dr. Bard was absolutely wonderful! He certainly loves what he does and it was so easy to talk to him about my concerns and questions. He was extremely patient and it was very clear that he only wanted the best for my animal. Charlotte was also an absolute joy. She gave me amazing advice and tips and I am so grateful! I look forward to coming back with my other animals.

Very professional staff. Dr. Krista saw my pet and was very concerned, caring and knowledgeable. Vet tech was great too! We will be back!

This was my first time at this facility and it was recommended to us. I really did love the openness of the facility and the hospitality. I will be returning here for our new dogs needs.

The wait was too long. I was in the waiting room for about an hour. There was one lady who brought in an emergency which was understandable. We love Dr Forman and think she is an awesome vet.

Thank you for taking such good care of our dog. She is usually very nervous at the vet and you made her comfortable.

The wait time was a little excessive but the vet was very thorough and walked us through everything. I wish I saw a little more cleanliness, I didn’t see any hand sanitizer or cleaning procedures.

I was treated so kindly especially for not having an appointment and having to come in as a walk-in. Everyone was so nice and great with my puppy.

Everything was fine, but I was there almost three hours, which is insane. After waiting over 45 minutes to go back to a room, I literally watched an entire movie in the next waiting room and then still waited.

Team was amazing all around! Made us feel very welcomed
