Try explaining to your customers what you are doing. I felt like I was on an assembly line of disapproval over every choice i made for my dog, if I don’t want a certain vaccine maybe it’s because I cant afford it or don’t understand why it’s needed and if I ask for an explanation, give me the explanation instead of a “you need to do it or your pet can die” My first experience with this practice was amazing. My 2nd experience seemed to be about how much money you could get from me. There won’t be a 3rd experience. I’m not sure what has changed in the practice but when you treat it like an assembly line and don’t act the least bit interested in either the animal or it’s parent, it’s not worth driving 40 minutes to the office for an appointment

Always treated with respect by all involved in my dogs care. Both the vet,Dr Marx and the office staff are always ready and willing to answer any questions I might have. Vet is genuinely concerned with my dogs health and well being. Thanks again for great care.

All the staff are very friendly and they take special care of my Yorkie Sarah which is really important to me. We have a large community online connection group for help and support numerous times people ask when they are new to the area for a recommendation for a good vet in the area and I always jump in with the Animal Medical Center and Dr Marks giving him good remarks adding the address and phone number and directions to your location because you all are the best.

I understand the reasoning behind the whole virus thing but not having Dr. Mark s come out and talk to my husband about our dog was disappointing. Much rather him come and talk to us personally then having a staff member. We do appreciate being able to make an appointment at the last minute to have a dog seen. We usually see his dad in Brooksville but once we saw how loose Binky s tooth was and I didn t want my husband to pull it out, I made the appointment with Dr. Ian. Thank you.

We originally came to the appointment for an acupunture consultation, because the website lists it as one of your services. So I was pretty disappointed when the technician advised you don’t offer it, which made the appointment a waste of time. Thankfully the new patient appointment was only a dollar, but now we wasted that special on an unnecessary visit. I’ll still give you guys another chance but just remove it from the list of services on your website.
