Enjoy bringing my pups to BVVC. I have gone holistic with my dogs, no flea meds., no heartworm, no vaccines, no chemicals. I make my own preventives. I know that sounds crazy but I’ve been doing this for 10 years and so far had healthy dogs. Dr. Fields has not pressured me in anyway to change this. The staff is great. Hope to stay with you guys. Overall I was disappointed. This was the first visit to a veterinarian with my 2 year old dog and the examination of her stuck me as cursory and rushed. I d brought the records of her vaccinations as provided by the ASPCA with me, but there was no review of what she was or wasn t up to date on and, for instance, I still have no idea whether she s adequately protected against heartworm. Nor do I know when to come back for any shots. I came in mostly to resolve a persistent flea issue, and that was comprehensively covered, but if someone asked me right now whether my dog was up to date on her shots, I would have no clue -- which seems like a strange thing, having just come back from the first visit to a vet with my dog.

The dr was wonderful but I could hear the staff talking about me in the front when the dr stepped out. The door was open and I could clearly hear them and I felt it was very unprofessional. Other than that I loved the office

I have been a customer for many years and recently felt the receptionist was shaming me for missing one dose of my dog s heartworm topical. I missed the dose last March and at that time, the tech lectured me about it and was reluctant to give me 6 more month s worth. She expressed this is the lobby. On Saturday, the receptionist felt it appropriate to lecture me again on the importance of the medication and suggested I have an injection for the heartworm instead. While, it may not have been anyone s intention, it felt like I was being shamed. I take care of my animals and should not be met with staff trying to make me feel bad. Again, I started with this practice before Dr. Fuller owned it, but I am seriously considering moving to VCA. I stayed because I wanted to support a local and not a franchise business, but am reconsidering my decision.

The doctor was kinda rude and direct. Everything I had to say he seemed not to believe me or had a irritated response. I like coming to your office but this visit was very stressful and disappointing. The nurse I had was very nice and helpful.

The staff is great always greeting me and Darci when we arrive-even loving on Darci a bit which she loves. Dr. Fuller is always great taking the time needed with Darci and explaining whatever the issue maybe so I understand. Darci needs to apologize to Dr. Fuller about the big wet kiss she gave him when he was looking at her eyes. She doesn t understand manners and personal space at times. Keep up the good work.
