I have paid more for my dog at the vet than I pay for myself. All I was interested in was his heart medication. The bill was not itemized to see where the cost is too make more informed decisions.

You bring your fur baby in for a problem, and the vet over sells all the cultures and medicines on all these other things. Just make a diagnosis. It’s like the vet is getting paid on commission. So frustrating and I feel like they are trying to take advantage of people.

I appreciate it that the girl found a lump on Ceptor and one of the best checked it out. That says, You care.

This visit was a mess. Your team tried to cut Lucy s nails and could not. This stressed her out and then the dr. Could not perform their analysis because she was freaked out and didn t trust anyone. No toe nails cut, then we get a bill for over $300. We WERE NOT prepared for that. A heads up would have been nice. Geez.

Dr Schmidt was wonderful working with my dog after a biting incident. She had the perfect approach with him, as well as with me. And the personal call the next day with blood work results was great to put my mind at ease! I cannot remember the name of the tech who worked with us, but she was wonderful too!!! I was so nervous to take him out in public after the incident, but the staff there were all wonderful at reminding him and me that he is a dog, and one incident doesn’t determine if he is a good or bad dog. Thanks again!!!

The entire staff is very friendly and helpful! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Fuller gives each pet his undivided time and attention.

It was our “Kitty Kitty” (that really is her name) and my first visit to the Blanchard Valley Veterinary Clinic. I was very comfortable with the front desk staff; everyone was interested in taking care of our pet kitty and me as well. Dr. Fuller was very caring and eager to explain the health issues our 15 year old kitty was experiencing. We’ve found a knew health care home for our pets!!

I really liked how my cat could see out of the window. He seemed to feel more comfortable than usual at the vet. I also liked the candle at the front desk that can be “lit” if someone is saying goodbye to their pet. Great place!

The Doctor was awesome! Very friendly and treated us great!!! She was training a UF student as well!

The only thing i didn t care for was it was his first time for his shots and they took him back by his self I would have like to have been there other than that it was good.
