Love the service,however,this time I brought my dogs in for their Proheart shot and always receive a magnet to inform me when to come back,I love this because I keep it on my fridge as a friendly reminder I called after I left and asked when they were supposed to come back as I didn t receive a magnet, she looked and told me when it was, but it would have been nice to receive my magnet especially since I brought in 2 dogs for the shot and spent over $100.00.

My initial appointment is what the above is based on. The following day I returned to bring a urine speciman to be analyzed. I asked if I could wait for results therefore receive the meds while I was there instead of making another trip to your office. The lady checked for me and said they would run the test and I could wait. I waited thinking I could leave with the meds for Sasha when in actuality they would have to be called in to a pharmacy to be picked up later. I wish that would have been made clear to me and I wouldn t have waited for 30 minutes only to find I still didn t have the meds. I think there is room for better communication. Thank you!

Last Friday out Boston Terrier puppy Lily had her first vet appointment. She had two shots. On the way home she started having a reaction to her vaccinations. We called as soon as we got home. Even though it was after hours we were told to go back to the office. Rachel Chiu met us there and treated Lily with great care and concern. We couldn t be more grateful. Thank you so much!??

Tina Marie Patterson finally ate Friday afternoon and actually jumped up onto the chair to sleep. She has been sleeping on the floor. Her pills have kicked in ( yea) even tho I have to hide them in butter & stick them in the side of her mouth. She loves to fight me on everything. Thank you for all you have been doing for her.

We saw Dr. Fields for the first time and he is a great asset to your practice!! He was very caring, professional and thorough. When we called back for lab results the next day he again was great explaining things, making recommendations and just very kind. So glad he joined your practice!
