I have used S.F.A.H. for years and have always found them to be very efficient. My concern now is that they may close, as the larger places seem to take priority.

Thank you for the care Leonard received this week. We look forward to the month of May when Duncan and Tweedy will be in for their annual checkups. That will be a first appointment seen by you as she’s a feral cat we adopted almost a year ago. We’ve made significant progress in earning trust between us. I think she’ll be ready to come in with Duncan.

Very expensive. Thinking of changing drs for this reason. Cost me $286 for one dog’s annual check up and a kennel cough vaccine for the other. Pretty outrageous.

Very disappointed with the service since all the changes. When I go to a vet I want to see the same vet. Every time I go it’s someone I have never seen. That vet never gets to know my dogs only what they read from their charts. I have been going there for many many years and have never been so dissatisfied as I am now. The hours are very inconvenient. I work all week and Saturdays is what I need for appointments.

My suggestion is more of a concern. My husband brought in our new rescue pup Sadie. She was given vaccines which showed on her records she had already received. I have two concerns-my dog, and the money I spent for vaccines my dog didn t need. I didn t expect a $200+ bill as I called for a first time exam appt. It wasn t explained to me what that meant to you. I would like to speak to someone about this. Thank you, Celeste

Dr. Drew and staff were excellent with Woody. Very kind and courteous with Woody. Payed special attention to him for his is very nervous and shy. Thank you. Great job!

Vet tech didn’t understand dog’s left from right. Also the vet tech forgot to bring in an important part for drs requested procedure, had to pause half way through to go grab the meds or instruments needed. She was very nice but seemed flustered.

All the staff people were very friendly and helpful. They helped keep Lady Jane calm thru the whole exam. Thank you all.

I appreciate my pet being seen the day I called, after an unexpected situation arose. Dr. Hill and the vet techs were very kind and worked with my dog s not very friendly demeanor. In fact, this was the least stressful visit we have had in quite a while.

Would have been better if the dr actually had my cats charts vs a piece of paper. Would have been extremely better if I didn’t have to take one of my cats to the emergency vet 1 hour after the visit due to a reaction of one the vaccines that he received

First I was misquoted a price over the phone and had to pay 47 dollars more. Then the vet was rude after she found that I could not afford my dog to get a teeth cleaning. She did not even go over other options. Then they told me that they would call with result of test, the called on my way home, I called back in 10 min so I could pick up antibiotics, they did not answer and I had to wait until Monday to get them. I am now seeking a new vet.

Looking forward to the time when a full time vet is hired who stays on staff for more than a year or two.

The last doc I saw squirted the shot through my kitten. Then did not hold his mouth shut after giving wormer, so kitten spit it out. I was charged for both. When I next needed an appointment, there was no vet on staff. I d have to call the next day and hope to be fit in for an emergency appointment. I switched providers. Convenient hours are only worth it if there is actually a vet there.

Had to wait quite a while for vet. Kind of hard with an animal that doesn’t want to be there.

The vet tech was great. The doc, who was new to me, never introduced herself. But otherwise was friendly and efficient.

Too much turnover lately with vet staff. I feel like I lost the doctors that knew my pets. I get to know a new vet and then they are gone, too. It s frustrating.

Because I also value these surveys in my practice... I’m happy to give some honest feedback. My first experience by phone to set up the apt. was awesome and from there -Hailey was great amd emailed me lots of helpful info; she was so friendly and I could tell she genuinely enjoys her job. The vet and her assistant were also great. The front desk person who checked us in was not very warm or welcoming honestly I got the impression I was putting her out by checking in. She appeared to be stressed and annoyed which was very opposite of what my intial impression was. I can appreciate the feeling but patients/clients can’t see you sweat especially at the first impression visit. But the professionalism and friendliness of the veterinarian and her assistant did compensate for the not so friendly welcome I received. Driving by the practice-it looked very modern and clean but the waiting room 1st impression wasn’t at all as attractive as I had thought it would be. It’s a bit dated and gives the instant appearance of an unsanitary office. Updating the floors alone would dramatically improve the room. Hope that helps! Looking forward to our upcoming visits.
