I called and left a message requesting a sick appt for my dog on a weekday and two days later had to call back because I d heard from no one. This was disappointing to me as I was concerned about my pup.

Had great service but am not happy about constant change of doctors at this practice. If this continues, I will go elsewhere.

I think the cost of the physical was right in line with other apointments I’ve had with the Salmon Falls Animal Hospital. However, the dental extractions for April, I feel, is really way out of line. We had BOTH April (7 extractions) and Lily (2 extractions) done which cost not much difference than what was quoted to us on Saturday. So, having just April done, with one or two extractions, will cost DOUBLE for one, what it cost for having both cats done?

Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind, and I knew Greyson was receiving the best of care. His allergic reaction to his vaccine was treated promptly and very competently. And I was very grateful to not be charged for the afternoon of observation ??

They covered for my usual vet in an emergent situation and I cannot say enough good things about staff care and professionalism

I have been coming to the practice for years - traveling from Dover. I have 3 cats and 1 big dog Finn - the staff is so good and loving to all my pets I can t imagine going anywhere else. Love some of the new changes too. Jessie the tech is so dear as well, along with Corinne at the desk and Shelby :)

The entire staff was welcoming and very caring toward my dog and me. Dr. Hunt could not have been nicer or more thorough. He took the time to gently but carefully examine my dog, then suggested (but did not push) blood testing to get more information. It was our first time meeting Dr. Hunt and I was very impressed with his gentle, kind and supportive manner, and would highly recommend him to others seeking a vet.

I was very leary about Dr. Cole because my first experience with him really wasn t good. But his bedside manner has greatly improved. He was much more relaxed and seemed to be in his element. Definitely more sure of himself. I m very glad that I now feel comfortable with him and his ability to help my dogs. Also, I called about an hour before closing on a night you were open until 7. I was very worried about something on my dog Karma. The woman that answered the phone simply said bring her in now . I m very grateful for that, otherwise I would ve ended up at the emergency vet. Thank you for being so caring, comforting, professional and thorough.

Thank you for having an immediate appointment available on short notice to see Duncan. It is always a pleasure to call the office, because no matter who answers my call, they are so genuinely friendly. We know we are getting the best of care for our pets and we thank you very much.

I got an appointment very easily at a time I wanted. All of the staff were very friendly. Katey had her 3 yr. rabies shot. The Doctor was a little concerned that she might have lost some weight. I think that she has lost some weight, but is eating ok. Her temp. was normal. Visit went very well.

Doctor Hill took very good care of my kitty Foxy Lady while cleaning her ears, trimming her nails, distemper shot and her annual exam.

All the above is true but please don t be so zealous that you are nagging. Once or even twice contacting me is good, but more than that becomes too much.

You folks took great care of my sick little guy and got him quickly on the mend. He is now back to his normal, active little self and I couldn t be happier!
