Too much turnover lately with vet staff. I feel like I lost the doctors that knew my pets. I get to know a new vet and then they are gone, too. It s frustrating.

Because I also value these surveys in my practice... I’m happy to give some honest feedback. My first experience by phone to set up the apt. was awesome and from there -Hailey was great amd emailed me lots of helpful info; she was so friendly and I could tell she genuinely enjoys her job. The vet and her assistant were also great. The front desk person who checked us in was not very warm or welcoming honestly I got the impression I was putting her out by checking in. She appeared to be stressed and annoyed which was very opposite of what my intial impression was. I can appreciate the feeling but patients/clients can’t see you sweat especially at the first impression visit. But the professionalism and friendliness of the veterinarian and her assistant did compensate for the not so friendly welcome I received. Driving by the practice-it looked very modern and clean but the waiting room 1st impression wasn’t at all as attractive as I had thought it would be. It’s a bit dated and gives the instant appearance of an unsanitary office. Updating the floors alone would dramatically improve the room. Hope that helps! Looking forward to our upcoming visits.

Dempsey is getting wilder as he gets older. I think that next year you need to put him to sleep for 5 minutes and then able to check him all over. As wild as he was, I don t feel he even had a check up; but all is well right now.

The constant turnover of staff and apparent lack of doctors on staff makes me question continuing to use Salmon Falls.

The staff worked with me to fit in several appointments around my work schedule. On site they were very helpful and compassionate with my cat.

This vet saved my Blake s life when my own vet, at the time, turned us away. They are always there and its never hard to get an appt.

Kim the new groomer was wonderful meeting our nervous dog needs. Front office staff is awesome!

Every thing is good

The office seemed busy. My appointment was at 9:00. We waited in waiting room for 20 minutes and then brought to a room where we waited another 8 minutes. Person left and came back after about 5 more minutes. It was a little odd.

I was so very pleased with the most recent appointment I had for our dear Pixie. They gave me an immediate appointment. I was so impressed with the care that was taken. The treatment of Pixie and the explanations were excellent.

Always find your staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My only concern or comment is we find your costs higher than our experience at other facilities, approx 15-20 percent.

The staff at Salmon Falls are so incredibly kind and patient with my elderly dogs. They make an appointment, an otherwise stressful necessity, a calm and comfortable experience.

I appreciate the vets here. They always give my dog a treat either before they exsamine or after to help her calm down. She s rather skittish when strangers are around. Thank you so much for all of it!

clinic seems to be run by prescription pads though this is economically good for doctors my pets health seems to fall by the waistside in order to sell more pills aside from that part everything was clear concise and helpful staff were all nice just dont trust that everyone and their dog needs to take 3 pills a day to do good
