We really like the location, and the staff here. I don t know about rates elsewhere but it always seems really expensive for a visit. I may need to shop around for future visits. We paid over $180 for 2 shots, an ear cleaning and meds :(

Dr. Cole was very attentive but I m not sure he handled the results as I wished he would ve, especially in a situation where my pet was elderly. I had a hard time understanding the options and diagnosis.

We are thankful that Leonard was able to be seen on an emergency basis. He can t wait until that cone is off his neck. He is miserable with it on. See you next week.

Always willing to explain and discuss concerns, possible diagnoses and treatment options. Wonderful people and vet office.

Overall my visit was excellent. When I arrived there wasn t anyone at the desk to greet me. I could hear people in the building. Two people saw me but didn t acknowledge me. It was at least 15 or more minutes after my appointment time before I went into the office to talk with someone before the Dr came in.

My wait time after my appt was completely unacceptable. I was told it would be a 5-10 min wait for the creation of a cerium. It took over 35 min. I was in a hurry and this was completely unacceptable. I will not be bringing my pet back here.

Dr. McNutt and the entire staff at Salmon Falls always take excellent care of our greyhound.

I recommend Salmon Falls to all my family and friends. I have never had a bad experience and I have been going there since I moved to South Berwick 12 years ago. Excellent care. Good realistic advice. And my dog loves you guys.....that s what counts! ??

The veterinarian and staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. They never rush you no matter how busy they are. My cat was extremely ill and they worked me in to their already Hectic schedule, TWICE!!

I am not good with the computer yet but I give you all excellent answers. I was well pleased for my first visit and find that you both had compassion for the pet.
