This was the first time that Dr Hunt saw my pugs, and he really took his time and did thorough exams of both of them, which was much appreciated! Although the last few times have also been positive experiences, this was the best one yet, so much better than the first time I took over their care a few years back, thank you!

Absolutely love Dr. Amanda. She changed her normal surgery day for me so I was able to make a 4 day weekend to be home with my Bella. She takes the time to answer all my questions and you can see she cares about your pet. Thank you so much!!

As always I find each visit met with knowledge and leave feeling more educated than when I arrived. My only concern is that I find when it s time to check out there are costly expenses that either I was not aware of or where much more than expensive than can afford.

I just want a definite on what’s going on with my Runtskey and although I hate putting our “kids” through it, I feel her bloodwork should have been done during her check-up earlier this year instead of only the BW that takes place before Dental anesthesia. When we were there on Friday her glucose was way above normal range but she wasn’t given anything. That tells me that it’s not a 100% correct diagnosis of Diabetes. With Glucose that high, it seems like we’re lucky to not lose our Baby this weekend. However, I’d want a definite diagnosis before a treatment (other than the Rx canned food). Some of what brought us there on Friday has been on & off since her Dental and I kind of feel that further tests are needed to check Thyroid/Liver function etc etc and that we should get a break in the Cost, because this may have been caught earlier than Friday had the Senior profile been done sooner.. like at her check up earlier this year or INCLUDED as part of Senior Dental. Last, I was told by someone on the phone that the Urine Test results woud be emailed yesterday, but only received the bloodwork.. I like Dr. Amanda, she seems to like both of our sweet Cats and I need a good Veterinarian/Animal Parent Relationship. I’m supposed to get a call from Dr. Amanda on Tuesday Oct. 10 and am looking forward to it.

We really like the location, and the staff here. I don t know about rates elsewhere but it always seems really expensive for a visit. I may need to shop around for future visits. We paid over $180 for 2 shots, an ear cleaning and meds :(

Dr. Cole was very attentive but I m not sure he handled the results as I wished he would ve, especially in a situation where my pet was elderly. I had a hard time understanding the options and diagnosis.

Overall my visit was excellent. When I arrived there wasn t anyone at the desk to greet me. I could hear people in the building. Two people saw me but didn t acknowledge me. It was at least 15 or more minutes after my appointment time before I went into the office to talk with someone before the Dr came in.
