The veterinarian and staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. They never rush you no matter how busy they are. My cat was extremely ill and they worked me in to their already Hectic schedule, TWICE!!

I am not good with the computer yet but I give you all excellent answers. I was well pleased for my first visit and find that you both had compassion for the pet. I don t know how to express how wonderful this animal hospital is! All of the staff are kind and know how much our furry family means to us. You never feel as if you re being rushed out of the office. They love on our fur family so intensely that the visit is not fearful! When you love your fur family and want the best care for them, this is most definitely the place to go!

Thankful that my dog was seen even though we showed up after hours. Staff went over and above and I could not be more thankful!

They made me feel like they cared as much about my Cat as I do. They made me comfortable and went the extra mile to make sure I was as sure of thier diagnose as they were!

Came in for a grooming appointment and it was the best experience we ve ever had!

Your staff made one of the hardest days, , saying good bye to my fur baby.. a little easier. Talking and letting me take my time. Also for being passionate with my drama queen fur bab. This is the first time in probally 4 years that she got her shots without a ton of stress. I was thinking of finding a new vet after last summer with a dr. That s not there anymore. Was not passante with me or my dog. These last two visits made up my mind to stay with you.

This is just how we feel , but the other times we came, we had 2 different female vets, BOTH very nice. This last time, we had a male vet (I forget his name - sorry) and he didn t have a very warm or friendly approach to either us or Tippy. He just did his job but not much warmth or compassion. I sent an email earlier today regarding my Thursday, 4/20 grooming appointment. Please read and reply. My cat is a mess. Totally unacceptable. Would not recommend to anyone. Always totally satisfied with all other aspects of Salmon Falls Animal Hospital. Brenda Brady
