I have been going to Salmon falls for years. This last visit was terrible. No explanation as to why my dog needed some of the blood work. There was no mention of this blood work at his wellness visit in March. At the start of the visit I was asked if I had any questions. I did, the tech took my dog out back, when she came back said I was all set to check out. When asked about my dogs paws (the question I had when the visit started) I was told, it would cost me more money for an answer because the vet would need to answer the question. I was so disappointed in the service. I. The past I have loved the techs and was always very comfortable. This visit was awful.

Very good service they were the vets for my other two dogs good people

The staff was great ?? and I thought the price was fair I would go back to salmon falls again

Sending a confirmation text/call shortly before the appointment would be helpful since I was waiting in the parking lot for a bit and wondering if perhaps I had the wrong day.

Staff were all pleasant and professional. Very willing to listen to what we had to say. Our only concern is we had to wait an hour for our pet to be brought in. Appreciated that the costs were discussed before a treatment plan was decided
