I had an appointment for my kitty during the Covid-19 pandemic and the Salmon Falls Animal Hospital was excellent with their protocol and the care for my kitty. Doctor Bouwdes kept me well informed during the visit and my kitty s care going forward. The level of care was excellent.

I was so grateful that my kitty could be seen at the office so quickly. I told the staff I appreciated them getting him in so his eye injury could get treated promptly before it turned into a more serious problem . The doctor and staff were great . I would recommend them to anyone needing care for their pets !

I think based on the amount of $$$ spent for well care checks, its important for vet and staff to coordinate any and all costs outstanding when appointment concludes. We were asked to pay an added fee by phone after I had paid for additional blood work in person. Just take a few extra minutes to be sure you ve totaled all costs so we can pay once please. Also, a break down of all added work and the written results of all lab work, please email to our home ([email protected]). The whole experience was smooth and much appreciated! I was able to get a last minute urgent appointment and treatment for my dog. The staff was caring to both my dog and myself and the vet took the time to explain the situation and answered all my questions.

We brought our dog after rapidly declining following an emergency vet appointment with a different clinic. Salmon Falls quickly assessed, identified and found a clear treatment plan to save our dog. Without their fast, accurate diagnosis and referral for emergent surgery our dog would have died. We will forever be grateful for the empathy, expertise, and care we received. Thank you.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. I appreciated how much time Dr. Zelman gave us. Much better than the previous vet, Dr. Amanda McNutt. Also, the practice manager was excellent as well. Very happy about the changes. And, I found out that Dr. Linell works every Tuesday. Great!!!!

Sometimes I feel like the vet recommends X-rays and procedures to confirm diseases that would be cost prohibitive to treat in an older dog. Most people don t have a lot of money to spend on their pets to prolong their life by a year.

It doesn t register on my end if my choice was registered. I will say that I rated it an excellent on all 4 questions. I was delighted that accomodations were made to see Rocky in a timely fashion. The appointment was quick and thorough. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Thanks to all of the staff for continuing to work in these dangerous times. I hope that all of you will be safe. I have been a customer for many years. Recently I lost one of my favorite babies Skippy - the girls were so compassionate in every way. Donna remembered to put down the warm towel, the girls spoke very softly, and the dr allowed me to stay in the room long after I had to say goodbye to my little kitty. Days later I received a hand written card from everyone along with a lovely paw imprint and some of his fur in a tube. It has meant the world to me - I can’t saw enough how wonderful your group is.

I was a little surprised the bill became $100 more than what was discussed in the phone. Other than that, everyone was helpful and kind. I didn’t have a long wait and they answered questions I had.
