Sometimes I feel like the vet recommends X-rays and procedures to confirm diseases that would be cost prohibitive to treat in an older dog. Most people don t have a lot of money to spend on their pets to prolong their life by a year.

Great staff! Everyone is doing such a great job. Especially in such difficult time with Covid 19. My dog Missy don t mind coming there because she knows that she is in good hands. Keep up your good work. Thank you for everything!

It doesn t register on my end if my choice was registered. I will say that I rated it an excellent on all 4 questions. I was delighted that accomodations were made to see Rocky in a timely fashion. The appointment was quick and thorough. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Thanks to all of the staff for continuing to work in these dangerous times. I hope that all of you will be safe. The staff is always friendly to both me and my pup.

I have been a customer for many years. Recently I lost one of my favorite babies Skippy - the girls were so compassionate in every way. Donna remembered to put down the warm towel, the girls spoke very softly, and the dr allowed me to stay in the room long after I had to say goodbye to my little kitty. Days later I received a hand written card from everyone along with a lovely paw imprint and some of his fur in a tube. It has meant the world to me - I can’t saw enough how wonderful your group is.

Not sure which appointment(s?) you re referring to, but they have all been great. I m getting to know your support staff and they ve also great. Dr. Zelman, as always, is/was excellent.

I was a little surprised the bill became $100 more than what was discussed in the phone. Other than that, everyone was helpful and kind. I didn’t have a long wait and they answered questions I had.

I am seriously thinking of changing vets because of the pricing. It seems so unfair to get charged for a tech visit when I come in for part 2 of their shots. I just paid over $300 for their physicals last weekend. I understand paying for the second shot itself but have called around to compare pricing and it is just so much higher. For almost everything. I also don t like the constant turnover of staff/doctors either. It s to bad. We used to love coming when Dr Linell owned it.

While in the office, the entire staff was very pleasant. While making the appointment the day before, I was less than pleased with the tone of the woman on the phone. I was trying to schedule the appointment, not knowing if sedation would be required because of what I believed the problem to be, as well as the nervous nature of my cat, and if she might be required to either stay overnight if an afternoon appointment, or if I could drop her off in the morning, and pick her up in the afternoon, as I do work, and she spoke to me like I was an idiot. She was extremely rude. I don t believe that the woman at the desk on the day of the appointment was the same woman I spoke with the previous day. She was very pleasant.

Max was treated greatly despite him not liking the vets very much.

I was worried about Fiora and you all were supportive, understanding, and helped me deal with a situation that made me feel helpless. It is hard to watch her struggle.

Always a good experience! Friendly doctors and staff, and quick! Thank you for treating Tomato so well. Two notes: When I bring Tomato in for her yearly check-up, I often have to ask if I should bring a stool sample. I wonder, too, if I should be getting blood work done. Just a quick review of what I should/shouldn t be doing yearly for a cat her age would help me. I hate to be a bother about it if it s not necessary. I haven t been able to make an appointment through the online portal. I think a big Make an appointment! button or similar at the top of the pet s profile would be helpful!
